Kihei Resort is centrally located and close to many eateries and shopping . This beautifully appointed ground floor unit was just REMODELED and has easy ground floor access with no stairs. You will be most satisfied with this condo as it boasts a large living area and many comforts of home. This unit will accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The adjustable King Mattress Firm bed is complete with new pillows, new and lush linens. Extra guests will sleep comfortably on the NEW Italian Queen sofa sleeper located in the living area. No springs!

Maui Clean and Modern
There are so many amenities that aren't even listed that were such a great surprise. The bed in the bedroom is a massaging gravity zero bed that was soooo soft just what you would love to have after a long day out. In the living room the sofa bed is italian custom not those cheap pull outs. There is everything you would love in this unit including beach chairs, an emergency kit, enough trash bags and quality product shampoo not the cheap kind. The only thing that unfortunately didn't work for me was that the bedroom is on the street side and I could never sleep past 6 because of the traffic noise. My husband is not a light sleeper so it didn't bother him at all but I am so just giving some warning to light sleepers. Other than that this place is worth every penny.

Great stay at a great price
My wife and I extended our honeymoon by two extra days and needed a new place to stay because the other rental that we booked was not able to accommodate. We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It was very nicely updated, very clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the designated parking spot was pretty tight to get in and out of (we rented a jeep wrangler). Otherwise, zero complaints. We wish we booked this spot for our entire stay on this island.

Warm Aloha Island Getaway
Where do I begin, this place was an amazing home base for the visit to Maui! Location was great, upgraded kitchen fully stocked with needed equipment. Easy access to the pool and other amenities, and 2 minute walk to a long stretch of beaches. Bed was comfy, beach chairs and towels provided - not to mention the host Susan was tentative and timely in all questions. I will be back!

We just had an excellent stay at this Kihei, HI condo. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the central location as we explored Maui throughout our trip. Bonus points for the availability of beach chairs and umbrella!

Nice Stay/Location But a Couple Things to Consider
Overall nice stay and very central location. The unit is clean and has air conditioning although the cross wind keeps the unit very cool. Not sure what the upstairs neighbors and/or renters are up to, but there is constant noise -- heavy footed walking and moving furniture (sliding across the floor). I was luckily not in the unit for long periods of time or it would have really bothered me. Most irritating in the evening, but nothing a good pair of airpods couldn't fix. If you are planning on renting a car, get a small car as the dedicated parking space is next to a wall and the unit who parks on the other side of the space parks so close to the line you can't get out of the car--literally. I had a van so maybe a smaller car will be better. Guest parking is available but it's further away from the unit. Bathroom sink was plugged/very slow to drain. I'm sure this can be fixed. All in all nice stay.
