Fully remodeled in November 2024, this custom built, detailed, upscale condo welcomes you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This top-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

Beautiful!
Nothing better than staying right on the beach on a quiet street with great amenities close by. We will stay again. Did not find a pool key in the unit but the on-site manager offered to provide if needed. Host was very responsive!

Amazing stay with great sunsets
I can't say enough good things about the stay in this unit. It was super clean and updated amazingly. The view from the unit was amazing as we ate while watching the sunsets from the lanai. It was a great location on a quiet street and close to many restaurants and stores we easily walked to. The communication with Joe was amazing which made my stay even better having quick responses to my questions. I will definitely be back to this unit as it was one of the nicest VRBO's I have stayed in.

I used to live in Maui, but then we moved to vegas early this year. I came back because i needed some vacation and definitely because i miss home. This unit was perfect, the location is perfect. Ocean front, you got to enjoy sunrise and sunset. It was a perfect location for relaxation. Cleanliness was top tier, couldn’t ask for more. The owner was very hospitable, answered all my questions. I was able to check in early. Thank you so much! To sum it up, my stay was perfect.

Best Maui Stay I have had
As a seasoned Maui visitor, I've stayed in many places, but this oceanfront gem in Kihei stands out. Waking up to the beautiful ocean view each morning is a delightful way to start the day. The sunsets, directly visible from the balcony, are truly magical. The apartment is impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant. If you're looking for a serene and comfortable stay in Maui, this is an excellent choice.
