Summary:
This condo has been lovingly redesigned and newly renovated, with a spacious king bed suite and the most gorgeous panoramic view of Kalama Beach and the mountains. Located in the heart of South Maui, we are right next door to the "Barmuda Triangle," a cornucopia of 40 shops, restaurants, and tons of activities. Across the street in Kalama Park, take a peaceful stroll along the ocean pathway. You might catch a majestic view of breaching whales, dolphins, or sea turtles sunning right offshore!

The Space:
Condo Highlights:
- Fully renovated with all new furniture & new appliances.

-3 Smart tvs, including streaming services, Disney plus, Netflix, & local channel cables service( one per room).

-King size bed suite with its own private entrance to the lanai, private restroom, and walk-in closest with a full sized dresser.

-The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and it's own private entry and restroom. It can even be completely closed off from the rest of the condo!

- The Living room has a pull out sofa bed, and 2 roll-out chairs that sleep a single person each.

-The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances.

-On the double sized lanai, we have tables, chairs, a swinging wicker chair.

-Beach chairs, Coolers, Beach towels, and even a portable play pen that you can take to the beach.

- In-Unit full-size washer and dryer.

- Miscellanous items like phone chargers, feminine pads, curling iron, and blow dryer.

- BBQ Grill in the pool area.
-First level of the condo has a hair salon, nail salon, restaurants, surfing lessons, bike rental, and sign up for excursions like snorkeling.

The Neighborhood:
Also known as, ‘The Barmuda Triangle'', over 40 shops, restaurants, necessities, children's playground, skating rings, lots of picnic tables right by the beach, sand volleyball court, and activities are just a short walk from the condo. The surrounding area includes Charlie young beach, Kalama, and Cove Beach. There are plenty of grocery stores and food trucks within walking distance as well, even a Starbucks! We also suggest trying out some of the fine local coffee shops in the area!

The first level of the condo has a hair salon, nail salon, restaurants, surfing lessons, bike rental, and sign up for excursions like snorkeling. TIP: If you can't get a reservation at Mama's Fish House, Paia Market is a great place to get some of the freshest seafood in town, depending on when you go, there may be a little wait as they don't take reservations.

Getting Around:
Uber and car rental are always a good option, however; there is a bus stop right infront of the condo.

Other Things to Note:
We know the flight to Hawaii can be super draining, so we will usually have snacks and some bottled water for when you arrive.

Special Occasions: If you have a birthday or anniversary, let us know and we can leave a complementary bottle of wine or champagne to help you celebrate!

-Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may encounter roosters or geckos (harmless) and considered a sign of good luck amongst the natives.

- Although HOA schedules frequent professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents. We try our best to maintain, however it is difficult to be in control of the natural habitats.

- There is no guarantee that adjacent units will be free from noise disturbances, including but not limited to construction, traffic, or other guest/neighbors.

THE Spot in Kihei
We had the BEST Maui trip to date (3rd time's a charm!). The location of the condo couldn't have been in a better spot. We had the beach across the street, multiple food and drink options within easy walking distance. We were shocked to discover a huge food truck garden very close by with options for EVERYONE in our group. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for us 4 adults and our 2 children. It was hard to pack up and leave, but we will definitely be back!

Great Vacation Condo in the heart of Maui!!
Lovely, modern and spacious condo across the street from the beach and steps from all the fun Kihei bars and restaurants. Plenty of shops and rentals as well. Be sure to visit the South Maui Gardens with its exotic food trucks, coffee shops, plant nurseries, koi ponds and live music right behind the complex.

This was our first time to Hawaii and we chose Maui. It was a beautiful place and this condo was wonderful! It was in the heart of all activity, beach to food to bars and shops! Perfect location and the view was amazing! The condo was very well appointed with everything one could possibly need! Great stay and will go back!

Maui Family Getaway
This trip was a much needed getaway. In tow were family who were first time visitors to Maui and it was fun showing them around. Our condo looked exactly as it was listed. I wanted to be in this location as it was central to everything/everywhere we wanted to be. We LOVE the kitchen and took advantage of cooking every chance we get. ** We could have used extra ice trays (there was only 1); soft sided coolers would have been handy (and lighter). It was great to have the rolling (igloo brand) but once filled, became too heavy and you could not roll it once you got to the beach. Our only other suggestions, is to upgrade the beach gear please. ** Low back beach chairs would have been nice. The chairs that are there, are already showing signs of wear & tear. A beach umbrella is a must..if there was one in the condo we could not find it beach toys.. I felt bad for my 7y/o who only had a shovel and 1 sand mold to play with. She could have more beach toy options. body boards.. My teenager would have enjoyed the beach more if he had a board that was "fitting" for his size (he is 5"6) ..the board in the condo was suitable for a much smaller child snorkeling gear.. We could have used face masks/goggles appropriate for the beach..we brought our own snorkel but had no mask to use with it Keep the matching striped towels for pool use. It would have been fun to have (non matching) beach towels so that we blend in with the locals ;-) Look no further, BOOK IT.. WE LOVE THIS CONDO!

This place is a gem!!!! We were in contact with the hosts the entire time! Easy check-in, easy to find, and not a single worry while we vacationed. The only worries we had was where to eat and where to go! They thought of all the “extras” you forgot about while traveling. A beautiful view, lovely place to sit on the patio while you drink coffee in the morning, wine while you wind down in the evening, or just a place to relax while you wonder where to next. We loved the location and it super convenient to the restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach! Absolutely recommend this place!!! We can’t wait for our next trip there.

Perfect stay
As a frequent traveler, this is by far my favorite stay! Andrew was very responsive and attentive throughout my short stay. I appreciated being welcomed with the beautiful flower arrangement, wine, and a goody basket. In terms of the condo it was absolutely stunning inside and out, I especially loved the fully furnished kitchen. He thought of everything and truly created a perfect home away from home in paradise. The location was amazing and conveniently situated near an assortment of vendors, restaurants, beach and excursions. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy the pool, but it looked clean and beautiful, plus it had a gas BBQ grill. This condo would be ideal for families, and I can’t wait to return soon with my own. Thank you so much for making my stay completely spectacular and one-of-a-kind! You have earned yourself a life-long guest!
