The place was fully equipped. The loft space and separate room was perfect for our family. Great view of the ocean! Got to watch the sunset every night! Very family friendly!

The property and condo were clean. Everything needed was supplied. Cute welcome gift upon arrival. Good size for a family. Parking available. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Only cons were the many rules and process for renting. There were a lot of things to read and sign.

Condo is well equipped. They provided everything we needed in the condo. The Vacasa rental agency was not helpful. We called them about certain issues in the condo they said they would get back to us but never did. Otherwise everything was good.

Nice place but thought it would be closer to the main road. Wished it was more walkable. Dishwasher was broke but they sent someone to fix. Nice complex.

Property was out of the chaos but within walking distance of beaches, dining options, and an ABC store/gas station. Well set up, great communication ahead of time. Try the Cinnamon Roll Place and Maluaka Beach (about 5 miles south) for great swimming and snorkeling!

Nice relaxing stay
We had a really nice and relaxing stay at Maui Kamaole. They were both comfortably furnished and clean. We did notice some tiny ant-like insects in the kitchen, but we kept all our food sealed up anyway and they did not swarm - just single ones running around. The condos were perfectly situated for what we wanted to do. Lots of amentities and beautiful beaches around. Go early to the beaches on the south side so you avoid the heavy winds. We went to the beaches from 8-10 every morning and then relaxed in the afternoon.

Been staying in this property every year (for numerous years), K-105 was not very pleasant. Right off the bat, wi-fi network provided did not work at all. Had to call Vacasa re the issue,had me to connect to a nearby unit's wi-fi. TV in the bedroom didn't work for couple days, had to call Vacasa again, telling me someone will call back and/or come by but no one did. Had to call again, after I mentioned an unfavorable review, TV worked but no one called me back. Overall, pleasant stay at the property but not staying at this unit again.

The condo was dirty, pots/pans had old food stuck to them, 3 lights fixtures were broken, dead roaches under the bed and closet, mold on the shower curtains, The condo was just dated and poorly taken care of. Vacasa needs to go! The property over all is well kept and very pretty. The

Perfect location, hospitality did not disappoint.
The communications was prompt when ever I had a question. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and appliances. Fully furnished. Nice pools and hot tub. Washer n dryer on site which was so convenient for us. We asked for a late checkout due to my daughter being unable to use the pool during the beginning of our stay cus she wasn’t feel well. They were more than accommodating and let us have late checkout. Way cool. Just a couple of minor fixes like the shower pole holder downstairs being held up by newspapers but not a big deal for us. Some things were outdated but can’t complain, place was pretty immaculate. The housekeepers even let us drop off our luggage earlier since we landed earlier than expected. We will definitely come back because the place is so conveniently located near shops n food n beaches!
