Unit 1-103 is on the ground floor of the highly desirable Building 1 at Kamaole Sands Resort. This condo complex faces the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park 3, which is well known for boogie boarding, snorkeling, and watching the sunset. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment!
The condo features a large lanai overlooking a flat and open grassy area, the lush and colorful central garden, and two spectacular lighted fountains. (Condos at Kamaole Sands alternate with large and small lanais and this condo features the large one!) There is also a partial view of the ocean from the lanai where you might spot a whale in season. The lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy all of your meals, relax and read a book, or just rest after a busy day exploring Maui.
In addition to the large lanai the condo features a fabulous kitchen, and two upscale bathrooms. The kitchen has rich granite counter tops, coordinating cabinets, plus all stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The bathrooms were also remodeled with upscale granite counter tops, new vanities, and under mount sinks. The master bathroom has a combination tub and shower, whereas the hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a glass door.

The master bedroom features an island style king size bed, a quiet overhead fan with 6 speeds, and a window shutter. The mattress, box spring, and carpeting in the master bedroom were purchased new in 2022. There is also a combination safe in the bedroom to store your valuables while you are at the beach or pool.

There have been many other upgrades to the condominium for your enjoyment and comfort. Two Samsung flat screen TVs are in the living room and bedroom. There is a powerful air conditioner in the living room, which has been moved up on the wall for better circulation of cool air throughout the condo. In addition, there is ceramic floor tile everywhere except the bedroom. Also, a new washer and dryer were added as well as patio, sling back chairs for your comfort. The condominium has been tastefully decorated in island style and all the living room and dining room furniture have been reupholstered.

In addition, all of the roofs and all of the pipes were recently replaced in building 1 for added reliability and integrity of the building. Also, the interior of the condo was just painted in 2024 from top to bottom for a fresh new light and bright look. In general, the condo is equipped with all the comforts of home to make your vacation an unforgettable experience.

The condominium is just a short walk across the street to the Kamaole Beach Park 3 where you can swim, snorkel or go boogie boarding. If you are into relaxing you can also just sit and read a book under the trees or watch the sunset in the evening. There are plenty of benches lining the seashore. You might just spot the whales when they are in season. You can also walk on a path along the shore to other beaches in Kihei and Wailea. Be sure to look for sea turtles on your walk!

Building 1 is situated so that there is no problem with either street noise or pool noise. It also features easy access to the swimming pool, two hot tubs, barbecue grills, two tennis courts plus three pickle ball courts. Rackets and balls are available to rent in the reception area.

Kamaole Sands Resort is a short walk to restaurants and shops in Kihei. Also, there is bus service at the street to other Maui locations for adventures, shopping, and restaurants.
