Unterkunft nach Sofortbuchung nicht verfügbar
Nach Buchung und Zahlung der Unterkunft teilte der Host mit, dass die Wohnung nicht zur Verfügung stehe, da sie auch auf einer anderen Website angeboten wird. Der Stornierungsprozess. Bzw. Rückzahlung gestaltet sich enorm schwierig, da der Host die Vorgänge der Buchungsplattform nicht kennt und die Agentur nicht gut mit dem Host kommunizieren kann
