The open plan living area is spacious with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV for entertainment, a dining table for 4 and access to the ocean facing balcony. The kitchen is newly updated with modern appliances, granite countertops and all you need for home cooked meals.

This Shipwatch villa is ideal for a couples getaway to Kiawah Island with a spacious king suite with a brand new bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite with a tub/shower. Large sliding doors capture wide ocean views from your pillow and open to the spacious balcony to enjoy quiet time and alfresco dining with ocean breezes and views. The living room offers a pullout couch for an additional 2 guests.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
