Welcome to your perfect coastal retreat in picturesque Kiama, New South Wales. Nestled in the foothills of Saddleback Mountain, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom holiday house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (an extra person can share the double sofa bed or use the single floor mattress if you need to accommodate 13), making it ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, a serene escape with friends or a creative retreat for artists.

The space:
This bright and airy home boasts modern amenities and a thoughtful design to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully styled for comfort, offering plenty of space to unwind. Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
* Bedroom one has a king bed with double ottoman sofa bed
* Bedroom two has a queen bed
* Bedroom three has a queen bed
* Bedroom four is downstairs and has two king singles and three single beds

With 2.5 bathrooms, including a generous main bathroom, an ensuite and separate toilet, there’s no need to queue when getting ready for your next adventure.

The open-plan living area features ample seating, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and large windows which frame views of the lush, tropical gardens. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining area, with enough seating to accommodate all guests.

There is a dedicated art room making it perfect for groups wanting to do fun paint and sip weekends or artists wanting to host retreats. Photos of this space will be available soon.

Set in a tranquil location opposite a riparian corridor, the house feels very private. Around the corner are a few friendly cows and magnificent ocean views. A short walk west brings you to the gorgeous rolling green hills, farmland and cabbage tree palms the south coast is famous for.

You're a short drive to Kiama’s nine pristine beaches, iconic blowhole, and charming town center. Explore local cafes, boutique shops, and coastal walks before retreating to your peaceful haven at the end of the day. Adventure seekers will love the nearby hiking trails on Saddleback Mountain and the Kiama Coastal walk, both offering panoramic views of the coastline.
