Stunning view with property laid out to enjoy it to the max
This property is built on a hill over three levels to ensure you can enjoy the magnificent view over Kiama. the ground floor is the spacious and secure double garage. To access the living areas you need to walk up approx 20 stairs to the kitchen / dining / living zone and another approx 20 stairs to access the bedroom level. Two large patios are accessible from the living level, one at the back and the other at the front. Perfect for that relaxing BBQ or whatever. The front patio, living / dining and master bedroom have unrestricted views and the property enjoys all day sun. Kiama offers everything. Sightseeing, walks, food so covers the needs of most travellers and short drives mean you can explore the various townships along the coastline or hinterland. This is a fantastic base to launch from on your daily travels and know you will come home to enjoy a glass of wine looking over the ocean.

Great family holiday
We stayed here with my family over Christmas- such a nice house, beautiful view and big balcony for our lunches. Lots of stairs so just something to consider if you have young kids/babies to perhaps bring a baby gate.

The house was great! Very nice, clean and well stocked - didn't need to ask for anything. It is high up on a hill so the beach isn't walkable (at least not with kids) but overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back

Amazing view even in the rain!
We wanted to celebrate the end of the semesters for our young adults all studying. The set up was perfect for everyone to relax, read a book, watch a movie and enjoy some food. The weather was wild, but being together was so good. Prior to the weekend I did invite my Mum who is late 70's, and in hindsight all the stairs would have been too much for her. I was able to carry our little dog down the stairs outside to the footpath for some grass (in the pouring rain!) Having a remote control double garage was really helpful with the weather and getting inside. We had a wonderful stay. Every bathroom was stocked with requirements, attention to detail was good. Thank you.

Stunning views
Once arriving we were mermised by the two vantage points, ocean views on one side and rolling hills on the other. The property is clean, modern, spread on three levels with all amenities you need. It's walking distance to beaches and the Kiama bowl hole nearby. I definitely recommend this property and we loved our stay there.

A few little hiccups on arrival however the communication with the owner was excellent and responsive. More of a drive than a walk to the beach with little people.
