Unit is in desperate need of a spruce up. Unit was dirty carpets, tile floors, showers. Unit had a bad smell. We had issues with the fireplace not working and some of the pans in the kitchen were dirty. Would not rent again from this property Managment. Stayed same location with other Managment company would rent from them again.

Great location, nice property. Would rent again. My only constructive feedback would be that when we first arrived and throughout our stay the property had a distinct and somewhat unpleasant smell throughout. We purchased air freshener that offered temporary relief. Also, the exterior handle on the patio door was not attached to the door, I did let the property management know about it. We lost internet and cable for 1 day and had to have Comcast come fix it while we were there....somewhat inconvenient. Overall, we were happy with the property and would rent again and recommend. Just...fix that smell...seriously.
