The staff ran hot and cold! At check in the receptionist did not do well. This was made up for in the morning by the daytime staff! Parking is offsite and requires a short walk but includes two flights of stairs. Carrying nada is an effort! While a shuttle is available it seems you need to ask for it! The room: walked in and found garbage on the floor. Pillows were huge and uncomfortable. Bathroom was cramped. Not likely to return!

Thouroughly disappointed in my stay. Room was not clean, no AC. Loud construction right outside balcony I paid extra for. Zero amenities including no coffee. Staff was rude and not helpful. Do not stay here

Keystone is quiet in July, especially when there is not a conference at the property. The rooms can be warm in the summer because the lodge does not have air conditioning or air circulation. The on-site restaurant was closed for breakfast because there were so few visitors. Overall, a quiet and pleasant stay.

Good stay- although expectations were high and did not add up to 5 star review but was good enough for 4. Service and friendliness great- Some things feel a little outdated and worn. Overall great time and will be coming back in the future. Also need to work on the food quality at the onsite venues did not impress but were just ok

Parking is a nightmare. Didn't offer shuttle until we were already parked. Carpet filthy, turned bottom of feet black, had to take second shower. Nothing to eat at hotel or within miles of hotel. Not a lodge. Construction noise. Clerk was totally inefficient.

There was a major construction right Infront of the main yard of the hotel. They started working at 7 am and stopped at around 6 pm. Its a total lack of ethics not to disclose this kind of disturbance. I will never be back. I won't trust Expedia anymore either.
