Great stay

Overall, very good. Garage is insulated and very convenient. It is great to have the garage and be at ground level...dont have to cary stuff up stairs! Washer and dryer in unit is very helpful, but didn't seem to spin well. Clothes were pretty wet after wash and took long time to dry. Would have been nice to be able to open garage without having to go in front door, but that's minor. Main suggestion would be to have some extra pillows and blankets. There were only the pillows on the beds and 1 extra blanket. Location was great! Very convenient to the slopes. Never figured out how to walk to Mountain House though, so we drove. Maybe a map for walking to Mountain house and River Run. Unit is close to both! Thanks for a great ski stay!

Great Trip

Property was very clean and nice location - close to Haywood and able to walk to lifts (albeit on the longer side). The mattress in the master was a bit odd (foam type?), but slept okay. There was no humidifier(s) that we could find, but borrowed some from a local friend. Garage door 'system' is different - no remote or usable keypad, but there is a garage door button just inside the front door. A bit of a nuisance in bad weather, but not really a big deal. Although home could hold six people, it is really just right for four.

Great Ski Getaway

A fantastic townhouse. A 10 minute walk with gear to the gondola, easy walking to village and other amenities. Townhouse was well equipped and looked just like the photos; very nice! Great check-in and communication with property management company. Wonderful stay for my daughter and I!

Great location!

The townhouse was immaculate! So nice to have a garage. Decor and mattresses could use an update . Unfortunately the upstairs neighbor had two barking dogs.
