We had a reservation and nobody was there. We called the phone number at the front desk and it was out of service. We had to find a different place to stay last minute after a long day of working at a trade show. I have reached out to customer service and nobody has gotten back to me. Worst hotel experience of my life

We did not even stay - the one room with 2 beds was in shambles! The room looked like a storage closet, the number is disconnected and I am still trying to get our money back!

During my stay at 3 peaks lodgeI noticed several items left behind by the cleaning lady. There were cleaning supplies scattered in the bathroom and a dust pan full of shattered glass, the shower curtain on the table. The outlets were screwed out and a fan cover too. It was quite unsettling to find these things in my room, as it made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel staff. This added to my overall disappointment with my stay. I’d love to include the pictures but there’s not such feature. I’ll leave a review on Google map with pictures.

Upon checking in and going and looking at the room there was no dnd sign on my door, no shower curtain in the bathroom, an empty water bottle just sitting on the bathroom vanity, a random stake knife sitting next to the microwave, and then dried paint on one of the towels for the hot tub. Other than that the hot tub was great and everything was clean and the bed had fresh sheets, and to me that’s more important than anything else. But then there was the second night I was supposed to stay and I say supposed to, because I had booked for two nights, we ended up leaving because suddenly water was dripping from the ceiling in multiple places and there was no one at the front desk (around 11-11:30ish at night) and no one was answering the number that was left at the front desk if you needed anything. With water dripping and no one to help us, we didn’t feel safe staying the rest of the night. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and will be waiting for a call back.

I don’t recommend it
The walls are paper thin, the floors were dirty, there wasn’t any conditioner and the shampoo bottle had wall spackle on it, the view wasn’t a Mountain View, the deadbolt didn’t work, the front desk attendant wasn’t there while I was trying to sort things out at 10 at night and they said that they would be available until 11 PM

The staff was nice and trying to be helpful but we still to switch rooms twice since the first room was under construction and the second room, which was supposed to be an upgrade, didn’t fit what we originally asked for. Also there were noises in the hallway even after 10:00 pm.

Bathroom vent falling off the wall. A/C barely blew any air. Keys worked for first day, didn’t work the second day, no desk person to reprogram the keys! Called “help number” at the desk and mail box was full. Had to have Google translate to ask the cleaning person to let me into my room. Left “text back” request twice and then decided to pack up and find a new place. Another person there had the same issue earlier in the week.
