It’s in a great location it was so easy to walk to restaurants, shops and activities. The continental breakfast by the pool was really good and the staff was very friendly.

Top notch hotel in the heart of Key West. Great rooms, quaint property with several pools. We really liked the texting features so convenient for check in and contact. Great breakfast options, outstanding service. Rooms we had were old but were in great shape and very comfortable. Some minor annoyance with the strong smell of cleaning solution, otherwise was great stay. The staff is fantastic, over the top high quality and prompt service.

Perfect getaway
Absolutely beautiful grounds with so much charm and character. The owners watercolour paintings were beautiful. We had a room at the back of the main house overlooking the pool with a large patio that had seating for 4 guests. It was so peaceful despite being a block away from Duval. Excellent location with everything you could want to see within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Above and beyond what we expected. Also delicious coffee which is rare when travelling. Loved the resident cat Mama that we were able to befriend by the end of our stay as well. The only thing that could be improved on is the extremely firm mattress and pillows we had which could also just be preference. Would certainly return again and consider one of the charming cottages on the property.

The property is in a convenient location that was close to many of the places we wanted to go. The cottage and grounds are well kept. I highly recommend the Simonton Court.

First, the people were plain lovely, really felt welcomed! The room was vwry spacious, comfortable and had a great outdoor space right next to onw of the 4 pools. Like many places in the keys, the rooms was a bit old and showed its age. But it also had a lot of charm and very cozy

Simonton Court was an excellent find. It was within walking distance of everything in Key West main area. The staff were lovely and friendly and the place itself is a little gem with individual bungalows set in lush greenery. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Its always hard to tell when booking online and looking at photos and reviews. All were true. The location is perfect. Convenient to Duvall St and the bus loop. Staff were friendly and helpfull. The air conditioning and pools were much needed and perfect for the heat. Would absolutely go back and recommend.

This is the only place we will stay at in key west from here on out! Staff are amazing, grounds are beautiful, cottages are clean and cozy. Walkable to everything off Duval Street too. Highly highly recommend!
