Oceanfront Marina Condo With All Luxuries

Your spacious oceanfront balcony will be a front row seat for a panorama of azure blue ocean and sky. There are touches of tropical whimsy everywhere, like the “Windblown Table Lamp” in the reading alcove, a quirky reminder that you have arrived in America's Tropical Paradise. And since you are in the tropics, it goes without saying that there are overhead fans in every room.

The living area is bright and airy, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. There's a large high definition flat screen TV with expanded cable service. Large sliding glass doors open onto that spacious ocean view balcony. The kitchen is completely equipped and newly renovated with brand new appliances and everything else you would need to prepare the most ambitious meal. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and also has sliding glass doors to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has twin vanities and a separate “water closet” for the toilet and oversize glass shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that convert to a king. The third bedroom has a queen bed. If desired, the second and third bedrooms become one spacious suite. The second bathroom has an extra large shower. 28 night Minimum Stay Please Inquire.

A POOL & JACUZZI RIGHT ON THE OCEAN...

The large community pool and Jacuzzi are situated right on the oceanfront; you'll have those cooling ocean breezes all the time. There are a generous number of chaises and tables with umbrellas, and gas grills for those BBQ parties on the pool. If you have brought your own boat, you'll be able to keep it at one the many dry slips or wet slips available. Stand Up Paddleboard, Kayak, Jetski rentals are available. Long Weekend in KW
GREAT GREAT GREAT Place to stay!! The condo and resort setting are perfect, pool and view are as well. Having been to KW many times I knew we weren't in the downtown party area which suited us perfectly. Went to our regular restaurant's (Roostica and Hogfish). Also found one I never knew about The Docks Restaurant and Raw Bar. What a hidden gem! Access to anywhere on the island was very easy. If you plan early enough, make reserevations at Hot Tin Roof for Sunday Brunch.

Key West Birthday Stay
This is a great condo, comfortable for five adults. We especially enjoyed the location, which was close to downtown Key West and had great local eats. The place is comfortable and has a beautiful water view.

Relax and Refresh!!
At first look, as well as throughout the stay, the property was perfect for a ocean/marina view stay! Hosting my in-laws that don't navigate stairs well, the elevator was a welcome entity. On-site restaurant was also a great addition! Overall awesome experience - Stock Island (and this particular property) will be on our list for years to come! Plenty to do, and far enough from Duval street to get away from the KW night-life if you wish.

Beautiful clean condo with exceptional furnishings. We loved being able to sit on the lanai in the mornings to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Our host John was very accommodating and worked with us when the elevator was not in service.

We were never told the elevator was not working for months before we arrived. Very noisy air traffic
It was pretty well stocked. But no cleaning products. We were a group of 60+ seniors. And my husband doesn’t walk well, when we got to the condo and found out the elevator wasn’t working it was upsetting.

Beautiful Water Views! Loved our stay!
This spacious condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the nearby restaurant, ability to get on a boat tour right from the marina and only a short distance to the busy Key West area. The manatees in the marina were so amazing to watch and most of all, the ability to just relax and enjoy the water views from the deck made our time there so enjoyable!

Perfect Location
I’ve stayed here before. I enjoy the close proximity to Duval but far enough away to enjoy tranquility at resort. The hourly shuttle service makes it the perfect stay for those that want, both convenience to the downtown action to a relaxing quiet vacation in home like accommodations.

First Timers in Key West
Had a wonderful stay in Key West. Loved the location and the property. Had everything that we needed for a very nice time. Golf cart rental place nearby which was great. Great host to work with. The only negative was that the elevator did not work while we were there. Wagging everything up and down the stairs was difficult at times, but we managed it and still managed to have a great time.

We go down for the boat races and the condos are a great place to stay, easy access to Key West, but have a nice place and great views off of Stock Island. The place is great for Family or Friends to get away and enjoy the Keyes.

Elevator and bugs
After staying at this condo for three years it was very disappointing to see that the elevator was broken again. Three years in a row we had to bring our gear up 3 flights of stairs. They never even let us know it was broken prior to checking in. Thank goodness we are capable to walk up stairs. In addition, there were bugs, freezer was broken, not enough towels, broken gate fob, horrible water pressure in showers and many other issues. We politely let the owner know these things. Intern, he charged us an additional fee for additional cleaning. We booked it for six people and only five showed. I’m not quite sure how we could charge an additional fee for additional cleaning when we had less than the reserved party. owner was unreasonable, difficult, and we definitely will not be renting again. Please be aware of these items.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Large enough to accommodate our group of 6 adults with plenty of room to spreadd out. It was very well stocked with everything you need. The four beach chairs and cooler was a nice touch as we did have two beach days. The parking spaces were close by and the views were amazing.

This being our first trip to the Keys I was somewhat apprehensive of where to stay. My daughter picked this spot off the reviews. It could not have been more perfect. Quiet and secluded with plenty of amenities. Short 10 minute or so drive to Duval. If get to return this will be our place to stay again.

We rented this condo for 4 nights for a long Bachelorette party weekend! The condo is absolutely beautiful, great views, and within 20 minutes of Duvall st. We had an assigned parking space, which was awesome to know that we always got to park near the condo. John was also very easy to get in contact with before and during our stay. He even let me mail decoration items to the condo in advance so we would have to try to get them all on the plane. The large fridge was excellent for stocking up on some snack and food items for our stay so we wouldn't have to eat out for every meal. Overall, 10/10 would recommend for a friend group celebrating an accomplishment!

Perfect stay for the family
We had a wonderful time! My toddler loved the pool so much. Bedroom set up was great. As of April 2023 there was also a pack n play and Bumbo type high chair. This was so helpful to have for the littles. Host was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here, especially families.

My wife, daughter, mother, and mother in law had a great stay. Unfortunately, on check out the owner unilaterally deducted $300 from our deposit due to what he claimed were dirty extra sheets. He should’ve checked with us before doing this, but we explained to him that the sheets were not dirty and he refunded the balance.

Spring Break
We had a great time in key west and this Vrbo was perfect for my whole family! We would definitely love to come back again. We ran out of toilet paper on our trip and John was quick to have a housekeeper bring us more! We wish we knew about the pack n play in the master bedroom to avoid flying with our own but overall loved how baby friendly the Vrbo was! You could not beat the wrap around views of the ocean.
