Nice and quiet on the south side of Key West. Beach is pleasant, nice spa and reasonably sized pool. Most rentals have an ocean view. A couple of nice restaurants in walking distance, but you will need a ride to get to the touristy parts of Key West.

Great location right on the beach. The view from the room was terrible and unfortunately that was the most important when booking. I thought I did my due diligence in that however the room we had faced the water but a huge tree was in our way. Lastly, the bed was not very comfortable. Staff very helpful, room was in great condition.

Loved our stay

Very cute room. Great AC. I didn't take into consideration carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I wish they had groomed the seaweed off the beach. But, looking at the other hotels they did not as well. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend.

They need more security cameras

Parked my car in the hotel's parking garage. Came back to our room one night at about 10:30, about 10 minutes later, my alarm went off. I checked it out and the glove boxes were open. Nothing appeared to be taken and no obvious damage but now my alarm is not working properly. They have no security cameras in the garage and only 2 on a property that has 3-5 buildings. The security guard's shift does not start until 11 pm. My wife was scared so we cut our trip short. Front desk staffer said she would try to get me a refund. No update yet. On a minor scale, the lever that sends the water from the bathroom spout to the showerhead broke the first time we used it. They fixed it the next day but it partially broke later that night. Water still went to the showerhead tho

We got a great rate through searching on Google. This property is a hidden gem. Right on the beach in a beautiful, quiet, residential part of Key West. Family friendly & walkable to southern most point. Lots of restaurants nearby, next door at other resorts to use also.

Perfect place! On the beach, private pool and hot tub. Plenty of loungers and towels. Laundry facilities are convenient. Our kitchen was fully stocked with all the conveniences you need. The view is fabulous and there is a restaurant right beside the resort. We had a wonderful time and will be back!!

The room I think was over priced for what you get for a room, our chair was covered in stains. Really what your paying for in there amenities, the pool area is great and beach is very nice. I think its price point is a little expensive for what it is. Overall alright. Staff at front desk were not really helpful at all.

We absolutely loved this place! Beautiful! It was wonderful to have the beach, pool, and hot tub right outside of our room! Our room was spacious and clean as well. Rita at the front desk went out of her way to help us print my son’s math HW too. She was so kind and helpful! That little extra attention was amazing and solidifies that we will absolutely return to the Coconut Beach Resort.

Rooms are very small and had dated furniture and decor. Little room to relax as there was only one chair. Small walkway outside the room with little privacy. Walls seemed to be paper thin as voices and sounds were easily heard. Staff was excellent however.
