Another boring day in the view from this newer stilt half-duplex. This unit has two interior levels. The master bedroom is on the top level and offers a king size bed. The ensuite has a large walk-in shower, a jetted tub, and double sinks. The main level has the living room, kitchen, dining room, and two other bedrooms and baths. One guest bedroom has a queen with ensuite and the other has twins. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a total of 37 feet of dockage at the wooden dock which offers electric, water, lights and a fish cleaning table for your use. There is a TV in the living room and the master bedroom. WIFI is provided. The weekly rate is $1,800.00 for 6. The maximum occupancy is 8 for an additional charge. This unit can be rented as a two bedroom by locking off the master bedroom on the top floor. (excluding mini-dive, opening weeks of lobster, Christmas/New Year). Great location and nice home!
The home fit our family of 6 nicely. It is well kept and in a great location. The beds and pillows could be updated as they are a hard but after spending all day fishing and in the sun you are so tired out you sleep anyway.
