Upon entering, you'll first come across the cozy and spacious living room featuring a sectional sofa, a three-four person sofa, two armchairs, two gorgeous wood coffee tables, a 55”
flatscreen TV with cable and streaming, and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace. After a fun-filled day in the mountains, this is the ideal spot to gather with your family, watch a movie, play board games, or simply relax. Or step outside and into the seasonal pool or year-round hot tub. You'll soon realize this modern condo is all about luxury and comfort, featuring brand new everything after a gut remodel.
Right behind the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, with all the cookware and utensils needed to whip up everything that comes to mind. It also boasts modern, stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, Wolf range and hood, and coffee and espresso makers. There is a dry bar as you exit the kitchen and a convenient breakfast bar that seats three. The elegant wood dining table with eight leather chairs leads to a balcony that features a set of comfortable patio furniture, a teak dining table, and a gas grill.
This condo has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The main bedroom is spacious and features a 50” HDTV with cable and streaming, a height-adjustable desk and chair, and a sleeper sofa in case the kids want to stay in your room. The en-suite full bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a vanity desk. The second main bedroom enjoys beautiful views with access to the balcony and its en-suite full bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks.

This gem of a condo sits right in the heart of the scenic Ketchum/Sun Valley area, an easy walk or quick car or bus ride into town, and less than three miles from all of the main ski and hiking areas. Pack your gear or pack light – it’s easy to rent skis, mountain bikes, golf clubs, fly fishing equipment, or anything else you need. Head across the street where you will find the Sun Valley Pavilion and the local ice rink. The Magic Lantern in Ketchum (one and a half miles) and the Wood River Theater in Hailey (12.6 miles) show current movies. Anglers can head out to Wood River or Silver Creek, both of which are quite famous for fly fishing. Or take a scenic drive to Redfish Lake and be sure to reserve your pontoon boat in advance.
Things to know:
There is a ski locker outside the front door of the condo that guests can use during their stay.
Please carry luggage to rooms or take care to keep wheels on the runners and off the light carpet.

Pack your slippers as outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the condo and can be stored safely outside the front door.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
