Upon arrival, kick off your boots, take in the spectacular view of Baldy, ignite the fire and unwind in the open floor plan living/dining/kitchen area. Step onto the patio for sweeping valley vistas and fresh mountain air, draw a bath in the deep tub, ask the smart speakers to play music, meditate next to the red light therapy panel or relax by the smart TV in the cozy den.

When you’re ready to venture beyond your zen bubble, you’re steps from great restaurants, organic groceries, entertainment venues, local hangouts, fabulous galleries and retail, coffee spots, Ketchum’s peaceful public library, and of course, Sun Valley’s legendary terrain offering an elite skiing experience, myriad hiking options, river rafting, golf, biking, ice skating, and cross country ski adventures.

If you need to get a little work done, you’re accommodated in the guest room with an adjustable-height desk. Wifi throughout the penthouse is speedy. Perfect space & location
Went on a ski trip with a group of friends split between a few different locations and we feel like we won the lottery with this place. Not only did it have all the amenities we wanted, but the proximity to all our favorite dinner/breakfast locations made the 5 min walk even better after a long day skiing with sore muscles. I almost didn’t want to write a review to keep this as our hidden gem to return to many times again, but the place is just too good not to share.

New Years ski trip
This is a great property. Located right in the middle of downtown Ketchum, easy walking distance to everything in town. Short drive to Sun Valley resort and Baldy, wonderfully decorated with every convenience. We did have a problem with the hot water heater, but the property manager was responsive and assisted with trying to get it repaired in a timely manner.

Well appointed condo in the heart of downtown Ketchum
What a fabulous place to stay. Liza has paid attention to every detail so that all a guest needs to do is show up and relax. The kitchen is fully stocked and the property looks exactly like the photos. We loved having a base camp that overlooked Mount Baldy and had breakfast each day, looking at the mountain in anticipation of a day of skiing. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and having a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom made it very cozy. Having a garage spot during the winter was fantastic (one of the reasons we chose this property). It was so easy to walk downtown to multiple restaurants and shops (Atkinson's market is literally a block away, and our favorite wine shop with food - Sun Valley Wine Co - just a block and a half away. Liza was very responsive and also very nice! If I could give this property 10 stars I would!

Great Location and Great View
The condo is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, stores, and beaches. Being on the 6th floor the views were great and we could watch the sunset from the Lanai. Overall a great property.

Amazing property
Amazing and spacious property, with top notch fixtures and fittings and an amazing view. Owner clearly has put in a lot of effort in decorating/ fitting out the property. Location was absolutely perfect - shops, restaurants, ski shuttle all within 5 mins’ walk. Owner was v responsive. Highly recommended.
