For keen walkers, the location is perfect, the property is located just 4 miles from Thirlmere reservoir which is at the base of England’s third highest mountain, Helvellyn, so you won’t have to go far to find your next big adventure.

The popular market town of Keswick with its abundance of bars, shopping experiences, restaurants and tourist attractions including The Derwent Pencil Museum, The Theatre by the Lake and Puzzling Place, which has a selection of mind boggling optical illusions, is just 5 miles away.
