A spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-equipped house where practical is combined with pleasant.

THE HOUSE: You will enter the house into a large open room with kitchen, a dining table, a high breakfast table and a sitting area. An added bonus, a living room with the sea view!

On the ground floor, a corridor leads to a double bedroom, a laundry area, a toilet and the shower room.

The staircase leads to an open space with a television, and a bench. On the same level, there are 2 double bedrooms with a sea view.

THE GARDEN: The grassy garden is ready to host your barbecues, can be your own private sunbathing space, and can serve as your children’s games venue.

IN THE AREA: The beach is just across the road from the house. The Pontusval lighthouse can be your guide on of the hike routes.

5 minutes by car, you can visit the iconic village of Ménéham. It’s a former fishing village that has been restored. A real postcard village with its stone house situated among big rocks.

We will get in touch with you beforehand to help you organize your vacation. We can advise you on all kinds of activities and places to go out (restaurants, cafés, etc.). Would you like to discover the local sights? Find unusual activities, taste seafood! Don't hesitate to ask us for advice!

NB: For your information, cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean the house and dispose of your garbage on a daily basis. If this is not the case, we can offer you a complete cleaning service at a cost of €35/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
