Things to Know
The pool is solar-heated and averages the mid-80s between May and September. The pool is unheated from October through April. Weather conditions may impact actual temperatures.
No amplified outdoor music is allowed at any time.
Quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are six security cameras on the home's exterior: two face the front driveway, one is at the front door, one faces the backyard, and two face the lower fields below the house. Only one of the driveway cameras and one facing the lower field have audio.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
