Good value
Clean. Newly renovated. Had to ask for sofa bed linens and make it. Sofa bed mattress looked old and in need of change. Staff was very helpful and offered room change. New 5ft step in shower with handheld sprayer was lovely. Morning staff were helpful and received feedback well.

The only thing I didn't like was the in room heating and cooling system is extremely loud. This is an issue in msny smaller motel/hotel locations and unfortunately one I have to live with in my travels so not unique.

Comfortable bed, replace the room carpet.
The carpet in the room was crunchy old and smelled with stains on it. The bed was comfortable and the lady at breakfast was friendly.

The bed and the pillows were sooooo uncomfortable. The heater was hard to control the temperature with as it looked like it was from the 90’s. room was either too hot or too cold. Room is not soundproof at all. Anytime anyone opened or closed a door my door would also move. They said someone would come clean the room after the 3rd night. It was actually after the 4th night and all they did was give new hand and face towels, and empty the garbage. Bed wasn’t made, floor wasn’t vacuumed even though it’s winter and floor was covered in dirt. Front desk staff were all very friendly.

The property and the room were ok. What was not ok was that in order to get two keys for a room because there were two of us, we had to provide our licenses to show ID of who we were even though the room was prepaid. Felt almost like we were being treated as criminals in order to get a second key. Also had to pay a $50 damage deposit. Was told it would be refunded when we left. Next morning asked for it and was told they couldn’t access the internet to refund the deposit. Funny though we could still accessthe hotel internet in the lobby. We then asked about that we were told the banking was on a different internet so couldn’t do the refund. We are out our $50 because we couldn’t stay around until they supposedly fixed it. We will not be returning.
