With MapQuest, the property was very easy to find. Staff at check in were excellent. The room was a bit dated and the bathroom could use a coat of paint, but the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel seemed a bit dodgy and I would not want to be in the parking lot alone. The breakfast buffet was limited, but filling and the warm food was warm and the cold food, cold. All-in-all everything was as described in the website and I would stay here again.
The hotel was clean and most of the interior was updated. The breakfast was decent and filling. The staff was super friendly. Good place for a night rest when not seeking the thrills of luxury.

We did not like the area that the property was located. It felt unsafe. I wanted to cancel as soon as we arrived, but was told I couldn’t since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). Overall it was fine. The hotel itself is very dated and the carpet and curtains were ripped and dirty. It really needs serious upgrades and better breakfast items. We will not be returning.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the hotel room had a very bad smell the carpet needs to go we would walk barefoot and after a few minutes our feet would turn black the carpet is very very gross. The bed sheets felt very plastic and you would sweat all night I honestly didn’t like the experience there
the first room was very smelly with chlorine. the young lady at the front desk was able to put us in a different room. that room had a large refrigerator that blocks the view of the tv.
Never again will I book this location. There was a horrible smell upon arrival and that along with how an employee was treating minority guests and co-workers should have been enough of a red flag to leave and stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, we completed our check in and went to our room just to find dirty and stained bedding we were informed “was washed and stains don’t mean it’s dirty” while also then learning the front desk needed three employees and no one would bring up clean bedding. Upon taking it off and down the stairs ourselves we were then taught we should have left it because they are full for the night and they don’t have anymore. Then there were the burns and stains on the carpet along with a film that was felt on everything you touched or walked on. The overpowering air freshener in an attempt to take the smell away, crack in the fridge, and who knows what on the walls. Hoping Angela is removed from interacting with customers and co-workers until she has serious training in customer service, human interactions, and cultural training.

When you book online you automatically get a second floor room. I put in a request for 1st floor but that didn't help. Stairs only at this property but the bed was very comfortable, the room a very generous size and it had a good free breakfast included in the stay. I needed a light bulb as the lamp between the beds only had one very dim bulb. Maintenance had to install it I was told. So I did my reading in the lobby instead.
The room was fine- but off the beaten path from the main highway fyi and lot was pretty sketch. Staff indifferent and we had ppl above with a dog jumping up and down. I politely asked them at midnight to please keep it down and they did till about 3am. Called front desk and it quieted till about 6:30. When I called the desk again they said people are getting up so there’s nothing they could do. We would have been getting up also if we weren’t trying to make up for lousy night sleep! Get an upstairs room!

The property did not have a swimming pool or hot tub as was advertised at time of purchase. Waffle/Pancake machines were all out of order for the whole stay. Also the AC was not working and the staff would do nothing to help, wich was the constant during our stay. Also when we needed to print some info while on our stay the computer and printer were both UNAVAILABLE for guest use. .... WE DID NOT ENJOY OUR STAY!!!
I was visiting Pasco with my family and we booked a room with Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities. We booked non smoking room but recieved a room with so bad smell of cigarettes. Room was not clean .....I would say it was my last booking with Red Lion unfortunately.Hope they will get better soon.

There are no elevators so if you have a bunch of luggage you have to huff it up the stairs. Rooms were ok. Beds uncomfortable. You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly
