Disappointing to say the least.
Hotel and rooms are old, worn and outdated. Bedding worn, blanket looked super old and there were holes in bedspread. Undergoing renovations but they’ll need to be extensive. Exterior and lobby are also not appealing. Restaurant closed. Complimentary breakfast was a disappointment and we didn’t use it. Hotel staff weren’t especially welcoming or friendly with exception of person at check out. She at least smiled and wished me a good day.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice staff, good location, parking was easy. Lovely views. However, pool was closed and hot tub though open was only lukewarm and had to put cover on and off which when you are cold and wet is not desirable.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. It's in a beautiful location on the Columbia River. But, the room renovations are pooly done. Paint is shabby, and the furnishings are mediocre, at best. We won't stay here again.

Nice room. They used to have a free shuttle to airport, but new owners discontinued that. Was able to park car & they recommended a taxi service. Overall happy with the stay

This hotel didn’t look or smell clean at all. The carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The hallway walls and carpet were dirty. The room smelled like cats. My wife is allergic to cats and she had a reaction. We seriously thought about going somewhere else but we didn’t get in until 2 am and thought it would be a hassle going somewhere else so we just stuck it out for 5 hours and then left.

The property is dated, but it looks like they are in the process of updating. The location is everything..... to be on a small island in the middle of tri cities is like not being in Washington at all. It's awesome. Prices are affordable and I love that they let me bring my dog. The breakfast in the morning is off the hook, one of my favorites by far and just the feel of the upstairs like you're sitting on a ship, it's awesome in the middle of the Columbia river!
