Great service with a hot breakfast buffet not just packaged items. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. Our room was huge. Only concern was that the bed was not comfortable.

We stayed in a jucuzzi suite for 2 nights on a weekend just for funzies. First impression of the room: pee on the toilet seat, wet towel hanging in the bathroom, ripped bedskirt, paint peeling, great view of the Walmart delivery parking... I'm not sure if they could see in, but they were close enough to. The solution? Wooden venitian type blinds. I pulled the string and it just broke. It was comical how bad this room was. The bed was so uncomfortable. The springs poked you in the back all night. Then in the morning the power went out. It was our first time without the kids in months and we planned on spending a lot of time in the room. Good thing we brought candles! (Electric candles). The tv didn't work the whole time we were there even when there was tv. Welcome to 2024! No one watches direct tv! Good things: breakfast was so good! It was really cheap (we got what we paid for). The staff were very nice. The pool was nice. The jucuzzi worked in the room and that was wonderful! There were no bugs. We didn't bring our dogs, but we probably will next time. (Yes we'll be back. Its cheap and has a jucuzzi in the room! ) All in all i give it a 3 out of 10, will stay again!

Almost, but not quite
I appreciate their efforts, but some key elements were missing that would have turned 2 stars into 4 or 5. - No working cable TV when we checked in. It worked the next morning, but it meant finding other ways to spend a few hours of down time when we figured we would wind down with a movie or show after 5 hours of driving. - Room keys that drop charge when they get within a thought of your cell phone. That led to return trips to the front desk. - Fox News programming in the breakfast area versus local news, weather channel, or something non-controversial for background. Coming off of a heated election cycle, I would bet some folks were not in the mood for political news while trying to eat breakfast. - Missing breakfast items. We went down for breakfast around 8:30 and many things were out or almost out. The omelettes on the menu were out and took about 20 minutes to reappear. Other things were just down to a handful of items and were not restocked since breakfast was set to close… in another hour. What we did like was that it is conveniently located, our room was definitely spacious, and staff seemed to be trying. Again, a few small tweaks would have gone a long way.

I left and booked another property. There was pee on the feet and the brackets of the toilet. Tampon Rapper pieces on the bathroom floor. The bed skirts that hang over the boxspring were torn and hanging off, the key card worked sometimes and other times it didn’t. There was continual noise above my room that led me to believe they could be renting the room to, a working woman, if you know what I mean. Not to mention the little pond right outside my window had a bunch of garbage and leftover things from a homeless person that must’ve been staying there. I did not feel safe there and I would not stay there . I would like a refund or a credit since I did book another room on your site at a place that I have stayed before. I would highly recommend you remove this facility from your website.

The beds were amazingly comfortable! Gal at check in was kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!! Oh and the pool and hot tub were spot on!
