☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This spacious Southern Maine home accommodates 9 guests in 3 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the living room and loft area. The master bedroom is located on the main floor of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, fitted with a queen bed, is also on the first floor and has access to a full bathroom located in the hallway right outside the bedroom.

Head up the spiral staircase to the upper level which accommodates another four guests, two of which can sleep in the third bedroom. This bedroom features a double bed. There is a loft area outside the bedroom which has a daybed with an accompanying trundle. The third full bathroom is located on this floor.


☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are three full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The master bedroom on the main floor contains a full ensuite bathroom, while one full bathroom is located just across the hallway and easily accessible for the guests staying in the secondary bedroom. The ensuite boasts a large combination shower and tub. The third full bathroom is located on the second level of the home, right between the loft area and third bedroom. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.


☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOMS ☆☆

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's a small dining table in the kitchen which seats 4, as well as 3 barstools at the island. The main dining room table seats 6 guests.

Both living rooms are situated on the main level of the home and are each kitted with smart TVs. Both rooms receive ample natural light from the large windows. There is seating for 10 people between the two rooms. The living rooms are located right next to each other.


☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home boasts patios both out front and in the back yard. Roast marshmallows over the fire out back with seating for six. In the warmer months, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella and seating for four is situated on the front patio. There is a grill for guest use year-round.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests staying at this modern coastal home have full access to all listed rooms and amenities. Take a quick walk down Ocean Ave to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views as well as the beautiful President Bush Compound. Colony beach is about a 30 minute walk and a 5 minute drive. There are also several other beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive from the home.

There are five heat pumps throughout the home for AC - one in the kitchen, one in each living room, one in the master bedroom and one in the upstairs bedroom.

There are multiple HDTVs in the home, one in each living room and one upstairs int he loft area. You are welcome to use the laundry area located in the entryway, as well as the work desk in the loft area.

This home is located in a private neighborhood. A unique door code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them gate access to the estate. This is a dog-friendly home and we allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available in the driveway.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance.

- Guests are required to sign the TopHost Vacation Rentals property rental agreement with the house rules before receiving access codes to the house. If you have questions or concerns about the agreement, please reach out to us before booking.

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $150 pet fee.

Wonderful stay in Kennebunkprt
Our stay at this home was fantastic! The house and property was large, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood located 1/2 mile from Bush Compound and 5 minute drive to town. It was clean, well-furnished, comfortable bed, had everything we could ask for. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Weekend Getaway Location
We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in. The home was in the perfect location to make quick trips to and from Kennebunk Port. If you go when the weather is a bit more pleasant, 100% bring your bike or maybe even rent them for a couple days. Easy ride into town. The once you get the booking setup the owners send you a link to a very well organized link that has everything from the house rules to dining locations. Very nice and easy to understand. We would absolutely go back to this home for a future trip to Kennebunkport.
