My room was not clean. The bathroom floor and tub were full of hair and the bathroom light did not work. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and when I pulled back the sheets, they had not even been changed!! The pillow shams had what appeared to be snot wiped on the. Wish I could attach photos. The staff demanded that they take copies of both the drivers license and credit card because I had book on Expedia. I went to Walmart n bought sheets, pillow and blanket. Cancelled my credit card and have a new one coming. The restaurant Louie’s is filthy dirty and correct food ordered was not received and they refused to remove it from the bill. Chargeback I initiated

Inside is not what you would expect when walking up…more of an ol’ fashion ambiance inside. Rooms were clean, afternoon/evening staff were helpful & polite. Great lounge and great restaurant onsite.
