There is free underground secure parking and a stunning top floor south facing balcony and view of the city, mountains and part of Lake Okanagan. The location is in the hub on the Landmark District and walking distance to numerous shop, boutiques, restaurants, pubs and shopping malls. The Rail Trail is a block away and the Mill Creek walking biking trail is close. Enjoy the Kelowna Market Place across the street and the Kelowna Gold and Country Club is only a few blocks away. Minimum stay is 30 nights, month to month. Pets are allowed. Fitness Center at the Hotel is $50 a month payable at the hotel.

Nice studio in Kelowna
Nice and clean studio with a balcony in a modern building. I enjoyed staying there and it is close to all services and the Orchard Park Mall. There is also a convenient store in the building.

Modern and convenient, excellent location.
Our host was attentive and helpful during our stay. Modern suite with everything you will need for your stay with the added bonus of a roof top deck, underground parking and use of the neighbouromg hotel amenities.
