I don't know where to start. The condo was cute, full of light and overall clean. The frustration was communicating with the owner. I don't think they speak/write English and I'm not sure they even live here. This is not their home. It took several days or hours to get a response to some messages. Some messages weren't answered. The instructions to get in and park were convoluted, not finished and read like one long run on sentence. There were no instructions in the apartment for how to change the heating, operate the television, both which were complicated enough I didn't want to mess with them. Couldn't login to some of the apps on the TV because it is linked to the owner's account. There was only one sheet for the pull out sofa and a thin blanket, so my daughter froze. The plug in the bathtub didn't work, so couldn't have a bath. The fridge smelled like garlic, the oven was stained (not too badly) and the balcony glass hadn't been cleaned for quite awhile. Not the experience I would have expected for that much money.
