With both a living and family room there is plenty of space to spread out. The bright kitchen provides a perfect nook to prepare meals and sip on a morning coffee. The home is located on a quiet street with neighbourhood nature trails winding through just beside it.

The master bedroom features a comfortable King Size bed, an attached ensuite with soaker tub and walk-in shower, and sliding doors to outside. On the lower level is 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and a full bath. The living room features a pull-out sofa to accommodate a group of 8 when travelling with children (maximum of 6 adults).

We are dog friendly to previously approved, well behaved pets. Please send a message if you are looking to book with a pet. There is parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. There is a self contained suite in the basement.
