Quite surprised to see the wear and tear on the couch in our room. Not that it was the hotel staff fault but they seem to be a hockey tournament going on in young players are very loud and ignorant, and the parents do nothing about it

Was a good hotel however one thing right at the start of my stay waiting for time to check in, the front desk manager was giving the front desk attendant alot of attitude. Saying that he is the boss and blah blah blah. Very rude to the attendant. Other than that hotel was good.

House keepers change garbage with gloves and use the same gloves to change your bed and change your towels. Requested for them to refill hand soap and body wash did not do so had to shower with shampoo. Asked for toilet paper was told to come and get it. Would not recommend
