Front desk staff were very good. Smoking should be moved further away from the building. WAY to close. Last thing I want to do in the morning is walk through a cloud of 2nd hand smoke. Rooms are nice. Seemed clean.

The location was a 15 minute walk to downtown, very convenient. Parking was extensive with easy access to the highway. Check in and check out process was very fast. Overall, i am very impressed with our stay and will surely book AccentInn again with a future kelowna trip.

The staff was professional and polite. The room was generally clean but due to being a motel style the entry way was a bit dirty. Initially there was a slight smell for the dusty carpets. Otherwise the room was clean and the sheets and towels were fresh and comfortable.
