The staff are lovely and really make this hotel. They’re always so cheerful and helpful. The room (superior side sea view) wasn’t what I would call luxury by any means but the bed was comfy and the shower was good so overall we thought it was fine. The rooms just looked a bit tired and small.

Lovely hotel on the harbour in Argostoli. Clean, comfortable rooms and well kept public areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and the morning staff made us feel very welcome, offering cooked dishes and refilling coffee etc. A central location with plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Would recommend.
The hotel reaches out to us (telling us to call them) the same morning of the reservation start date. They told us the hotel was overbooked and that Expedia never reached out to us. We where in the middle of a tour on the Acropolis and it made our experience very bad. The person in charged tried helping me find another hotel but just sent a few names of hotels in the area. Be careful and confirm with the hotel before being sure your booking is confirmed
Great location. Beautiful hotel and amazing friendly staff

Front desk and morning breakfast staff were lovely. The location is centre of the main town. For the price paid, there are better options with better facilities/ locations.
The property was accesible around the area....did not like when other guest slanmed their doors and we could heard it in our bedroom suite late at night
Stayed there for a full week. The air conditioning in my room leaked on two separate occasions. The front desk did nothing to remedy the situation for the inconvenience it caused me to have to stay around to have their strange “handyman” “fix it”. His “fix” was to replace the bucket of water from the ceiling under the AC to a bigger bucket. I booked a king bed, they gave me a full. The bed itself was very uncomfortable so it was likely an old mattress. The bathrooms are cracking and smell of sewer. There is zero insulation so I could hear every person in the hallway walking and talking. Overall not by any means worth the price. The lobby and outside look new and grand but the rooms are all 2 star worthy.
Also make sure you ask for receipts. They refer out to local companies (boat charters, taxis, tours) that also won’t give you receipts either. Even when asked, they make excuses as to why they can’t generate a receipt. I told the manager that I legally have the right to a receipt and she said she would eventually email it to me.
Very nice property right on the promenade with the town square on your back. Hip and greek vibes all over. For the price, i wish they would offer guests vouchers for beach access since the hotel doesnt have its own beach facility.
I have a billing issue with them that is still pending. I got charged twice on my credit card which got me overdraft by the bank! I also contacted expedia about this.
Perfect location and lovely views. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room and at least 1 English News Channel on TV
We only stayed one night as we had to change our initial arrangements. Reception arranged taxi pickup from airport (30eu). Ok, a bit expensive for a short ride but enabled us to travel hassle free and get to know the route for next day when we picked up a hire car.
Lovely surprise to have an upgrade for room. Excellent facilities and wide balcony overlooking harbour. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing. Wide selection of fruit, pastries, cereals, cheese etc plus omelettes made to order. Good coffee. Easy walk to bus stop for airport. This is also where the ferry goes across to Lixouri about every 30 mins. Watched lorries, cars and vans backing into it. A bit scary. We drove instead.. highly recommend staying in this boutique hotel
Very smart hotel. Friendly staff and perfect location and size. Only downside was the aircon in the room was not nearly powerful enough. I’d stay here again though
Hotel is on the waterfront. Easy strolling from there around Argostoli. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. We had a water view which was worth the extra. The daytime restaurant / bar snack menu isn’t very Greek but there are other nearby options if that’s your thing.
