Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. The apartment/maisonette is in the area of Vourkari, the picturesque marina of the island. This apartment/maisonette is ideal for those want to be close to the restaurants, cafes and bars, without the noise. The apartment can also be rented in the winter months as it has heating (boiler).
