The House :
It has an entrance, two rooms of life with living room / stay, of 2 kitchens, a bathroom with toilet, a room of water with toilet and 5 rooms (one of between she with private bathroom and toilet).

1st floor (Workshop 1st floor):
The living / dining room has wooden floor and the paint coating the walls.
Included in this room: a sofa bed (for 2 people), two coffee tables, a TV table, a flat screen TV with DVD player, a dresser, a table and 10 chairs.

The kitchen, meanwhile, is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils, etc.). You will also find a table, 2 chairs and 2 stools.

The first bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and two bedside tables with lamps.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.

The bathroom includes a cabinet with sink and storage, a mirror, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a shower and a toilet.

2nd floor (Workshop 2nd floor):
The living / dining room has vinyl imitation parquet floor coating and painting the walls.
You will find in this room: a sofa bed (for 2 people), a coffee table, a TV stand, a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, a stereo, a table and 8 chairs.

The kitchen, meanwhile, is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils, etc.).

The first bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and two bedside tables with lamps.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.

Great stay
Had a really good week with extended family. Lots of space for us all in a lovely house, brilliantly positioned at the top of Kaysersberg. The free parking permit was a welcome bonus.

Staying in Kaysersberg
The house was in excellent condition and worked very well for our family of six adults and five children. It is located close to parking and also right in the village which made it very easy to wander around and visit this beautiful village. The only additional thing it could use would be a few comfortable chairs, but there are plenty of regular chairs to seat everyone at the long tables.

Love it - fantastic location and town. We would recommend it highly.
Amazing location and town - central to Alsace and Lorraine and easy to get to and from. Extremely easy and close parking - on Mondays the market is just outside. Autobahn is easy to get to and from as is Colmar and many small delightful town such as Ribeaville and Riquewihr off of the A4 and A18. Also Kaysersberg is a joy to wander through at night and in the evenings - do not pass this opportunity up. Be prepared before you arrive, bring groceries with you or look up the closest grocery store before you arrive - stores close by 6-7 pm but doesn't get dark in the summers until 10:00 pm. Also be aware that there are many stairs in this place in case your suitcases are heavy or in case you have small children or are elderly.

Beautiful property and the loveliest town!
The home is wonderful for a larger family. We rented both units as we enjoy a bit of space. The amenities were very nice. The bathrooms were the best we have ever experienced in Europe. The town and people and festivals were very fun and the home is situated very close to many attractions by car. The wineries are numerous and the scenery is from a storybook.

Location très bien située et d’une grande propreté. La procédure de remise des clefs est très claire et l’obtention de badges de stationnement est très appréciable. Je suggère qu’il en soit donner en nombre égal au nombre de véhicules quand il s’agit de la location de plusieurs amis.

Nous étions 5 adultes dans cette grande et belle maison, peut-être un peu surdimensionnée et encore que... , ce qui est certain est que nous y étions bien! Elle est idéalement située dans cette belle ville et plus largement en Alsace. Pour sillonner la route des vins, parcourir les deux départements alsaciens nous étions au plus près de tout!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern in diesem Haus direkt am Rand der Altstadt (in dem Haus befinden sich zwei Wohnungen, die wir in unserem Fall beide genutzt haben). Geräumig und bequeme Betten, sowie zwei Schlafsofas in den Wohn-/Essbereichen. Die Agentur hat alles prima vorbereitet.

Tolles Haus für einen Familienurlaub
Wir haben in dem Haus einen tollen Familienurlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern verbracht! Das Haus ist am Rande des Stadtzentrums gelegen. Man erhält von der Agentur zwei Parkausweise für den gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz und könnte einen weiteren PKW in einer Parallelstraße kostenfrei abstellen oder sogar im Eingangsbereich des Hauses parken. Das Haus ist schön und modern eingerichtet mit drei schönen, geräumigen Badezimmern. Die beiden großen Küchen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was es zum Leben braucht. Besonders toll ist der große Esstisch, an dem alle Personen platz finden und man schöne Stunden miteinander verbringen kann. Der Service der Agentur ist hervorragend! Der Kontakt ist zu jederzeit sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Jede mögliche Frage wird zeitnah beantwortet! Großartige Arbeit! Wir können dieses Appartement und die Agentur ausdrücklich empfehlen! Tolles Haus, toller Service. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! MERCI BEAUCOUP!

superbe semaine
une superbe semaine en famille,nous étions nombreux mais le gite est bien adapté aux familles nombreuses,de l'espace,gite propre ,bien équipé en plein centre ville ce qui nous a permis de profiter des décorations de Noël,proche de Colmar et de station de ski,très bon accueil de l'équipe,nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour sur place.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 8 Personen + Baby + Hund in Kaysersberg verbracht und waren mit unserem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Die Räume sind gut geschnitten, man findet alles was man braucht und hat reichlich Platz. Der große Eingangsbereich ist ideal für Fahrräder, Kinderwagen usw. Schöner könnte es nur noch mit Garten oder Balkon sein - das gibt es leider nicht.
