The cottage is located in KIENTZHEIM, a charming medieval village that is part of the municipality of KAYSERSBERG VIGNOBLE.
Located on the Wine Route and at the start of many walks between vineyards and forests, the location is ideal for enjoying the charms of our beautiful region.
The gite of "Mami Schlop '" is a half-timbered Alsatian village house, completely renovated, located within the walls of the ramparts.
Atypical triplex, the ground floor consists of a bathroom with its walk-in shower, an independent WC and a large closet. The cottage is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron, as well as a hair dryer available.
On the first floor, you will find a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen area (oven, induction hob, NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking)
The living / dining room is equipped with a large sofa that can convert into a 160x200 cm bed.
Finally you will find on this floor a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds and a wardrobe.
On the mezzanine, on the top level, a bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm.
Outside, in fine weather, you will enjoy a terrace area with garden furniture, a small table and a barbecue at your disposal.
Finally, we provide you with a bicycle garage adjoining the cottage.

A Beautiful Property with a fun house
This trip was fantastic with my family of 4. Easy access, and communication with Vincent was amazing. Definitely needed the access to the washer and dryer that was available to use. Also, was able to have a morning espresso using the homes Nespresso machine with pods available. Movie night with our girls was so much fun with the pullout sofa in living area and being provided 6 blankets to use we all snuggled up and fell asleep watching movies Vincent had provided. We will stay here again and would recommend this great place for anyone. There are some stairs in this cottage but if you have some kiddos with you the very top floor has a surprise for them but they will have to walk up some stairs to get to the 3rd floor. Un excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous recommandons ce gite qui a beaucoup de charme et qui est très bien équipé, y compris la climatisation très appréciable en été. Par ailleurs le village est magnifique, au calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir le sud de l'Alsace et les Vosges. Très bon accueil de l'hôte avec qui nous avons eu l'occasion de discuter agréablement.

…genau , wie im ObjektBeschieb:…schnuckelige, sehr saubere, freundlich , moderne im Fachwerkhausstil modern, vollwertig eingerichtete, toll ausgestattete, zum verlieben Ferienwohnung /Gites im sooo schönen Elsass….check-in/Check-out völlig easy, freundlich , lässig mit viel Charme rundherum….wir(zwei befreundete Pärchen) haben den Aufenthalt maximal genossen….!!!!

Sehr sehr tolle Unterkunft
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, sehr sauber. Tolle Nähe zu allen Attraktionen. Alles im Haus vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr verlässlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder einmal!!!!!

Excellent sejour
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, le décor et le confort du gite. Le gîte est extrêmement bien rénové et très bien équipé. La décoration est sobre et pleine de goût. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter l’Alsace et randonner dans les Vosges. Nous avons également bien apprécié les vélos qui nous ont permis de découvrir le vignoble. Notre hôte Vincent a été très prévenant et disponible tout au long de notre excellent séjour. Recommande chaudement!

Appartement très bien situé très calme bien équipé. Proprio très prévenant. Parking proche.
Très bien situé proche de Colmar, de la route des vins,de kaysersberg. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire autour: randonnées, culturel… le gîte est très propre, très bien équipé et le propriétaire est à l écoute. Petit plus : il prête des vélos.
