Nicest waterfront on Balsam Lake . Clean clear water , shallow walkout hard packed sand with no weeds .
Two separate cottages , you get both to use on large 1.5 acre lot with 120 ft shoreline , 5 bedrooms, sleeps 8-10 .
Sand beach with volleyball court , badminton, horseshoes etc.
Real old wood cottages with pine floors , wood beams, sun porch ,sweep the sand up from the kids feet as they run into the cottages from the camp fire.

Only looking for families or groups that want to have fun on this beautiful beach and the lovely clean waters of Balsam Lake.

During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Shadow Lake.
