Great stay!
We got in kind of late that night and the two people at the desk were fantastic. They were friendly and welcoming and got us checked in quickly. We have a king bedroom which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was well stocked. I will absolutely stay here again.

First room could not open closet door. Tried calling front desk , busy. Went down to advise front desk if situation and clerk was sitting on couch on her phone. Moved to another room, sheets didn’t look fresh, entire complex smelled like sewage and Clorox. Thank God we were only there 1 night. Beds very uncomfortable

This is my 4th stay at this property and this is the first time I’ve noticed some issues with room cleanliness. Paint needs touch up, shower has too much mildew, toilet paper roll holder has snapped off, mirrors are dirty, and random stains on comforter and towels. Not horrible wear and tear, but some attention to the details are needed.

Hospitality was horrible. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Had to ring a bell. When she came out, she didn’t even welcome us. We had to greet her before she even said anything. At check-out, no one was available. One elevator was down which made the wait for the one working one a little long. Room smelled like mildew, walls had cracks and furniture was stained/dirty looking. Would have also been nice if the indoor pool was heated. It was ice cold.
