Hotel mums Home is the truly like own Mums Home . The room was specious and wide bathrooms 🚽 with great high speed shower and 🛁 bathtub . Hotel was spotless and the entirely team was professional.

Initial frustration but overall great stay
The check-in process wasn't as smooth as I hoped. The room we had initially requested seemed to have been given to someone else which was disappointing. That said, the staff accommodated us by giving us an extra room. The cleanliness and layout of the rooms was great. Everything looked modern and was well functioning. Pillows could have been softer

Hotel off the main road but still great location
This was the best hotel I stayed in, in Kathmandu. Clean, well looked after. I stayed in the delux room which had a ling size bed, big bathroom and the room was a big size too. No room service but you can go downstairs and take the food up to your room if you want.

Quiet hotel with great service.
We arrived to Hotel Mums straight from a long flight. A little apprehensive as we pulled up and it was a tight alley but once we were greeted by the staff the night was amazing. Nice little patio area to relax. We stayed elsewhere in the Thamel area other nights and it was very busy, a lot of honking and noise, this place was a few blocks away from all the craziness and it was nice.

Great Location, Room and Staff
Stayed here in April with family for 2 nights before going trekking and for 4 nights on our return. We had 3 family suites with 2 adults in each room so that we had enough room and it was an excellent choice. The room was very comfortable, bathroom good for Kathmandu, free wi-fi in rooms, breakfast was simple but adequate and there are plenty of Cafes very close that you can walk to if you want something different. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The location is great for all the Thamel shops and famous cafes, eg. Fire and Ice Pizzeria, Rosemary's Kitchen, Gaia Cafe. Would stay again.

Clean hotel in Thamel
Clean hotel in Thamel within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Landmark "Garden of Dreams" makes it easy for all cab drivers to take you to the area. Staff is excellent. Reliable hot water, which intermittent heat at night depending on the availability of electricity.

Lage des Hotels und Freundlichkeit
Wir waren 3x im Mums Hotel, es ist mitten in der Stadt und doch in einer ruhigeren Nebenstrasse. Das Haus hat keinen Schaden erlitten während des Erdbebens. Es ist eher Familiär und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Das restliche Gepäck durften wir ohne weiteres für einen Monat deponieren. von 1-10 Punkten geben wir diesem Hotel 10 P.

Great hotel in a quiet backstreet of Thamel
This is a great hotel and you should stay here if your budget allows it. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. 24 hour hot showers and a reasonable restaurant. The manager of the hotel allowed me to store my luggage for 10 days while I was on the EBC trek - free of charge.
