Family owned since 1865!
This property has been owned by the same family since 1865! They were very friendly and welcoming. There is also a restaurant on site that we dined at twice and it was delicious. They also had a typical German breakfast but also would make eggs cooked to order, which was nice. The room was very comfortable. The only thing that hat could be an issue is that there are loud church bells going off every 15 minutes. It didn’t bother us too much but if you are sensitive to noise it could be an issue. Also, we had our windows open for fresh air and so the cars going by were pretty loud. Again, it didn’t bother us but something to think about. There are also additional amenities on site that we didn’t use so I can’t speak to those. There was plenty of parking as well. The town itself was very small but there were grocery stores a short drive away.

We had an amazing stay, large, clean, comfy room with a balcony, arrived early and was accommodated, decent cold beer alongside a well cooked meal couldn't do better.

Wonderful experience
The staff was amazing. So nice and friendly. This hotel also has a restaurant and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel and will go back if the opportunity arises

Overnight in Germany
Really good comfortable stay, friendly efficient hosts, good homemade food. We had a large clean room with balcony, plenty off towels and pillows of good quality. Although off the motorway's the village was easy to find with good routes in and out, pleasant walking area. The only downside for some maybe the church bells which do strike the quarter hour but we found it soothing after the motorway noises at many other hotels.

This is a nice hotel if you're only going to stay for no more than three or four days. TV continuously glitched in and out. The WiFi also was never consistent. There are no mini fridges or microwaves in the room either. The workout facilities were depressing. You didn't even want to workout or use the equipment. There is an old church near the hotel that is worthy of seeing.

Motorcycle Stop-over
Used this hotel for a one night stop over on a motorcycle tour. The hotel was clean, spacious and friendly with lots of free parking. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. We would use this hotel again.

A pleasant hotel in lovely countryside location, had a simple evening meal in a local pub with directions from the hotel, into our room onto the balcony, bottle wine and watched the sunset, it dosent get much better

Gut gelegenes, sauberes Familiengeführtes „Landhotel“. Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Anreise. Sogar Parkmöglichkeit für mein Sonder-Kfz (L 11m) war vorhanden. Ordentliches Frühstück u. gesamt ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Würde ich wieder buchen. Einziger Wehrmutstroofen - die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren leider nicht „Lichtdicht“, weshalbs jetzt im Sommer bereits sehr Früh recht hell im Zimmer war u. die pers. Nachtruhe damit vorzeitig beendet war.
