Υπάρχουν περιθώρια για βελτίωση στην καθαριότητα. Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε και στα δωμάτια απο την πλευρά του δρόμου υπάρχει πολλή φασαρία απο τα διερχόμενα αυτοκίνητα
