Great Historic feel, and perfect location in the heart of Kaslo. The big downer is the fact the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast. Although there was a breakfast restaurant down the street.

Nice room with a large covered deck facing the street on the second floor so we could see all the people shopping, coming to the dining room etc. Room is on the south side so we were sitting on the deck having drinks and enjoying the sunshine and view of the street and surrounding mountains. We are planning to go back and stay longer next time.

This hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway. My wife and I visit at least twice a year. This trip was with my grandson though. His junior hockey had a game here in Kaslo and I didn't want to drive in the AM mountain snow.
