Inside, the villa has three bedrooms with beautiful wooden floors, ample wardrobe space and access to balconies. Six sun loungers are provided on the pool terrace for you to soak up the sun, or alternatively there are small chairs and a coffee table and also big comfy chairs to relax and read or have a snooze. On the top balcony there is seating to have your morning coffee or, in the evening, share a bottle of wine and watch the spectacular Kalkan sunset. Sanann Villa stay
The villa is very clean and well maintained with a nice pool area and great location. The cleaner was lovely and she visited every day to clean the outside area and several times to clean internally. Would definitely recommend! We had a great stay!

Lovely villa close to town.
Great property, a short 10 minute stroll from the town centre. Nice pool and outside area with plenty of sun beds and towels to use. Spacious villa, aircon was a must and worked really well. Recommended.

Overall lovely villa/stay
Villa was lovely and spacious, lovely clean maintained pool & nice welcome pack and a small shop at the bottom of the road within minutes walking distance selling water & fresh bread. Few parts of the villa were a bit tired, lights not working, doors and windows unable to open /shut easily and also found the top bedroom far too hot to use..

Lovely villa in a quiet area
We had a lovely 2 week stay in this area of kalkan. Villa was spotless when we arrived and the outside area was cleaned every morning along with the pool. Everything that you need is here and a little shop 1 min walk for fresh bread and essentials. A couple of restaurants close by including the best pizza in kalkan Tesoro which also deliver. It’s is a 15 min walk into the town which has so much choice for eating out you are spoilt for choice. This was our 6th time in Kalkan and would highly recommend this villa as we had wonderful stay.

Lovely Well Equipped Villa
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sanaan. The Villa was clean, spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The villa a is just like the pictures. The outside area and pool area is very pretty and relaxing. Sandra the host was extremely helpful and accessible via WhatsApp to answer any questions. The Villa is in a good location within easy walking distance to the town and harbor. As Kalkan is very hilly we found it best to walk down into town but pick up a very reasonably priced taxi back. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this Villa :)

Blissful!!
Just returned from an absolutely fabulous two week stay at Villa Sanann. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with everything you could need; the fridge was stocked with some essentials when we first arrived which was a lovely touch. Lots of different areas to relax and soak up the rays or enjoy a chilled glass of something in the evening. Location wise, the area is quiet, but it's a relatively short downhill walk into Kalkan town and the many fabulous restaurants on offer. As other reviewers have mentioned, the trip back is better enjoyed by taxi! We'll definitely be back!!

Brilliant villa & pool
We absolutely loved staying in this villa. Highly recommend. Would love to come back for longer! It was so spacious, well equipped, modern, lovely decoration and rooms & bathrooms, and gorgeous pool and multiple outdoor seating areas for eating, relaxing and sunbathing. We loved the little balcony at the top with lovely views playing cards and seeing the sunset. And we appreciated the the smart TV so we could log in to our Netflix / disney accounts etc. Close to Kalkan to walk down, which was a lovely place to potter about, shop and eat in some of the roof top bars. Cheap taxi’s back. Great housekeeper who cleaned the pool everyday and stocked the fridge with some essentials for arrival, which was a lovely touch. Sandra was super helpful before our stay in information and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Villa is in a great location. We walked to nearby hotel to get taxis into the old town every night and it was really cheap and easy. The villa itself is lovely, nice and clean with a great pool, which was cleaned every day. Sandra the owner was a pleasure to deal with and even allowed a late check out. Lovely stay
We had a lovely relaxing stay at this Villa. Very clean throughout, each bedroom is en-suite, also toilet on ground floor. Nice pool and sun loungers, shaded seating area to enjoy meals. Beautiful views from rooftop terrace accessed through top bedroom. A lovely lady came in every morning and cleaned the grounds and pool also changed the beds and towels during our stay. Sandra replied to my messages very quickly, also Gareth a friendly neighbour pops in to check everything is okay. It is on a steep hill , we walked in to Kalkan ,always got a taxi back ,still 50TL about £2.50 . We are a group of six friends who holiday together most years .

Just got back from another holiday to the beautiful Kalkan, and a wonderful stay in Villa Sanaan. Easy check in which was good at midnight!! The Villa itself was lovely, well furnished and very clean and tidy throughout, it made for a lovely home for 2 weeks. The pool itself was gorgeous & very well used by us all..we had a car so would go and explore a bit..my husband & Daughter went to Saklikent Gorge and really enjoyed it…we went to Patara beach, little bit of advice get there early as it is very popular! There are a few beach clubs dotted around Kalkan, our fave is Indigo, the restaurant serves lovely food! We also went for a little drive to Kas which is lovely, went on a boat trip to the lost city, thoroughly enjoyed that day! And went up in the hills for lunch, a lot cheaper with amazing views! All in all Kalkan didn’t disappoint as usual and we will be back one day and hopefully back to Villa Sanaan. Many thanks to Sandra, Gareth and to the lovely lady who cleaned the pool everyday & cleaned the Villa from top to bottom during our stay!

Sandra, the owner was very helpful . The cleaner was lovely looked after the pool and flowers everyday. Gareth the man nearby was extremely helpful. The property is modern and clean. Good shade outside with great sun beds. The AC excellent. Bed linen a towels top notch. Very steep hill out of the villa. 10.minutes to the centre. Get a taxi back only 50tl. Welcome pack very helpful… perfect thank you 😊

Excellent property, in superb order and exceptionally clean. The housekeeper (Igna) kept the villa and gardens in good order. The villa is situated in the foothills above Kalkan which does mean a steep walk into the town but don’t let this put you off as this gives fantastic views over the bay. We did attempt to walk back to the villa but only the once!! Taxis are very reasonable and readily available. Brilliant choice of restaurants in the town, catering for all tastes in food. If we were returning to kalkan we would definitely use this villa again.

Villa Sunann Kalkan
We had the most wonderful holiday. The villa is just lovely with a beautiful swimming pool. Have stayed in Kalkan many times but was quite nice to be a little way out of town but easily reached by taxi. Our cleaner was just delightful and could not have been more helpful. A huge that you and look forward to returning one day soon.

Wonderful Villa made for a wonderful holiday
Just had a terrific week at Villa Sanaan. The villa itself was well equipped, immaculate, and very comfortable. Lovely pool (cleaned daily) and numerous places to sit outside whether to sun bathe, seek shade, or take in the terrific views. Sandra was more than helpful when answering questions before travelling and when there, Gareth was a wealth of information and happy to help in any way. Kalkan was a great discovery and I think it's safe to say it won't be our last time there.

Lovely property, very well equipped and maintained. No grumbles whatsoever. Would return without hesitation in future. The owner was extremely helpful at all stages of the booking process and during the visit. The local manager, Gareth, was most helpful with his knowledge of the property and of Kalkan and if there had been any problems I'm sure he would have dealt with them very satisfactorily.

Perfect Holiday
This was our third visit to Kalkan staying in a villa and this was the best yet. All my queries before our arrival were answered quickly by Sandra. We received a very warm welcome from Gareth who lives nearby and Igna who keeps the villa and pool spotless. The villa is very spacious and the outside dining area and comfy chairs under the balcony roof are in the shade most of the day. You get a fantastic view of Kalkan from the roof terrace and we spent many an evening up there as it was nice and cool. The old town is approximately a 10 minute walk down hill but we always got a taxi back which was 15 lira, We had a fantastic holiday in Sandra’s villa and would definitely stay here again.

4.5 stars - Lovely spacious villa with a very generous pool - better than advertised!
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in the lovely Villa Sanann in Kalkan. Situated on the hillside it offered lovely views of Kalkan from the roof terrace and the generous first floor balcony. We were a bit worried about the pool being overlooked because the photographs on the HomeAway website do not show the outlook across the pool. We needn't have worried! While there are villas all around you, you have a great degree of privacy. The villa next door lay empty the whole time we were there and although all the other villas around us were rented out, their position on a hill and outlook means that no one will overlook you while you're swimming or sunbathing. The kitchen was well quipped with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, and fridge freezer. The 3 bathrooms were modern, sleek and clean - two of them could be described as wet rooms and the third as a small en-suite toilet and sink. We found the facilities more than adequate! In fact, the photographs on the website don't do the property justice! In particular, the first floor bedrooms, which are roomy and airy. The master bedroom is a delight. The beds are extremely comfy and we would have slept like kings if it hadn't been so hot. There is aircon but we have a few asthma sufferers in the family, so tend to avoid it during nighttime. Obviously, that was our choice because we could have turned the aircon on! Instead we opened the balcony doors (2 in the master) and the windows to take advantage of the lovely mountain breeze which you get most days. The villa is situated up a hill but we found this to be an advantage: the temperature is more pleasant than further down the hill in Kalkan (the children often commented on the difference when we'd walk into town of an evening for our meal). Taxis cost about £2.50 from the old town or harbour to the villa and we generally just caught one on the way home (laden with bags of shopping, a pram and 6 of us - £2.50 seemed a very good deal!). The walk into Kalkan down a hill, across a footbridge with breathtaking views, past a mosque - is lovely. Within 5-6 minutes walk you reach a main road into Kalkan, where you find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and even a playground! Sandra was lovely and very helpful before our trip, answering countless emails patiently and offering help and reassurance about any worries. Looking up into the velvet night sky from the roof terrace with my family was one of my highlights. Highly recommended

Great villa!
Very last minute booking but Sandra was the perfect host along with Gareth. Good location, clean, spacious, rooftop with a great view and well appointed for home cooking. Worth getting a car if you intend on visiting surrounding beaches like we did (there is a driveway). The beach 20 minutes south of Kaputas beach is always less busy and less windy so worth a visit. Great selection of restaurants in town. Would definitely come back to stay in this villa.

Villa Sanaan: A Wonderful location, A wonderfully relaxing Villa
This was the most relaxing holiday our family have had. We all absolutely loved it. Villa Sanaan does exactly what it says on the tin. It is clean, comfortable and Sandra is very good at ensuring everything goes smoothly. She kindly arranged our transfer and provided very good local knowledge and during the stay, she was on hand to provide support if needed. The villa is kept very clean and tidy, well presented and on our arrival, stocked with immediate necessities such as water, tea, coffee etc. During our stay the pool and grounds were cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The pool is a good size and the whole place was for us, pure relaxation. The villa is situated on a steep hill overlooking Kalkan and this affords fabulous views, particularly from the highest veranda. For the infirm or disabled the hill may be an issue and you would probably need to hire a car. For our family it was an easy 10 minute walk into town. The walk back is not so easy because of the gradient and although we did walk back occasionally, most people will want to get a taxi back to the villa. Taxi from the town to the Villa cost us about £4 with the tip. When we come to Kalkan next year we will hire a car. On this occasion we hired a scooter, which was great fun and ridiculously cheap. Kalkan, if you have not been before, is an absolute delight. Our family have had 6 holidays in Turkey and stayed in 5 different locations. Kalkan is by a Country mile, the most gorgeous. The first thing we noticed is how relaxed it is compared to other locations. But wait till you find the old town: it is absolutely rammed with cafes, bars and restaurants each of which is stylish and stylistically different. The service is, as always in Turkey, terrific and the food in every restaurant we ate, of a high standard. To be honest we did not do much on our holiday this year. We didn’t need to. We just soaked up the lovely atmosphere. But there are lots of things to do. In the second week we ventured to visit the beach clubs dotted around about and they are well worth a visit. Next year we plan to be more active. And we have no doubt we will be coming back next year. This was a wonderful holiday for our family and I want to thank Sandra and Gareth who was also there with help and advice. The villa is in a great location and Sandra is very easy to communicate with. Without hesitation we would recommend this villa and if you have not been to Kalkan before, it will not disappoint.
