The hotel was spotlessly clean and well located. We had a sea view balcony room which actually had a great view of the sea. The room was very well laid out and felt spacious and the pool was a welcome oasis. The roof top terrace with a lounging area was a nice touch although we didn't use it. Great value and we would come back.

Reasonable prices, clean, tidy, close to centre and old town, gentle incline up to hotel. Not fully open but working hard to upgrade with new mattresses to all beds

Your description stated a bar and restaurant but there was no bar and restaurant only open for buffet breakfast. No coffee making facilities and had to ask for a kettle. The bathroom was very small.

Close to all parts of town without the noise from bars. Gorgeous view from roof terrace for breakfast and relaxing. Opposite two beach sunbathing areas without the hills.

The best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! All other hotels I've stayed at around the world couldn't compare. Very close walking distance to the boat docks and many restaurants. Hotel manager introduced himself the first day.

Excellent value hotel
Excellent value, friendly hotel. Efficient check in and helpful staff. Beautiful sea view and lovely breakfast included in price. Great position, only 5 minute walk to main bars and restaurants. Is up a hill so not the best if you struggle with mobility.

Good location for the price
We had a small room with balcony (partial sea view). Everything in the room was new and the aircon worked nicely. No noise issues as it is away from the main area but only 5 mins on foot to the action. Breakfast was good but there was no variety so after a few days it gets boring. Service at the desk was good some days and not so good others so it depends who is working the desk. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean.

Great place in Kas
We liked it so much we returned! In our first stay we got seaview rooms, and the view is awesome. Rooms & bathrooms are rather small, and if you are tall, you might hit your head a few times in the shower cabin frame. Very good breakfast, they also respect COVID-19 safety rules much more than other places we've been to: they provide and require you to wear masks when picking up your breakfast, and also provide single use gloves. They were helpful with parking, as this is an issue in Kas, either parking the car themselves, or guiding you to a place where you can park it.

One night in Kas
Stayed one night in Kas, which was a lovely town. Staff parked our car, as the narrow street the hotel was very busy. Staff spoke a little English and were fairly helpful, but did not give us all the information on arrival.ie complimentary breakfast tea & coffee was available somewhere, but we were not told where? No kettle in room. Nice little pool at the side of the hotel, which was also a nice sun trap. A short walk into town with lots of bars & restaurants. Room was a little small, but pleasant enough for a short stay. Breakfast was on the 4th floor terrace with fantastic views. Good choice at breakfast.

Unacceptable behavior from front desk
The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was great. However, we had some difficulty with one of the front desk members. We had booked 3 nights of stay, but he insisted that we had only booked two. When we showed the hotels.com confirmation, he continued to berate us about booking the wrong number of days. He added that we were 'lucky' that the room wasn't booked for the last night so we could stay. Finally he checked his email to discover that we had indeed booked three nights, and at this point, instead of apologizing, he continued to be incredibly aggressive, and raise his voice saying that it wasn't his fault, etc.. All in all, even though the hotel is nice and clean, some of the staff is so unprofessional and rude that I would not recommend anyone stay here.

A lovely time in a nice hotel
We enjoyed very much our stay at hotel kayahan.We had been there before and this time it was quite a surprise the hotel had been completly renovated. The bed is good the breakfast excellent and if you have a chance enjoy the supper there very good and not expensive at all.in all an excellent choice. I almost forgot the View WHAT A VIEW from our little balcony and from the dining room terrace .Wi fi was great.

Great Stay - Helpful and Friendly Staff Clean room with great views (sea view rooms), and daily included breakfast (traditional Turkish breakfast) was hearty and fresh every day. Front desk staff was excellent Malik was very helpful. Good location, short drive to town centre.

Room size and bathroom very small, condition its ok, food is good.Roof top terrace has good view , room price is over charge,stuff members are helpful but un experience staff member in reception done un polite behaviour last minute.I paid accommodation full amount online but they said you haven't paid.I said i did ,,i try to find out my reservation in my Hotels.com account that time internet was not working than Hotel over comes he is more rude than stuff because finally they call Expedia and they explain them their fault because they can't see the payment in paper work already.Yes i can understand people do mistakes every body do ,,but the things is here they have check correctly before questioning and they didn't say even we are sorry ,,after that owner said thats Expedia mistake ,it wasn't i know what ever if their mistakes they have to say only sorry ,,look like they expecting sorry from customer..Other things was ok we enjoy our stay not bad hotel, i can recommend that hotel
