Wonderful and Tranquil Stay
Wonderful hotel and resort. The hotel architecture is wonderful. The hotel room view capture a beautiful snowy landscape with a lake. The view gave me a sense of tranquility with a cozy ambience. The hotspring was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. One staff even drove me from hotel to the hotspring site. I really appreciated the helpfulness. The Japanese breakfast was tasty and remarkable. The transportation to the outlet and train station is convenient

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me after I injured my ankle snowboarding. They provided a wheelchair and personal shuttle and helped ensure I had assistance while traveling on the train.

Nice hotel but needs more frequent shuttle service
Everything was perfect except the shuttle service runs only every 30 minutes, and extremely packed with people. Would have been even more perfect if the hotel could run every 15 minutes shuttle so we can enjoy the onsen in evening as it is far from karuizawa prince hotel.

Prompt and attentive service staff. You get free transfers to anywhere within the Prince establishments. Big and comfortable room, with a spacious and beautiful lobby. Of course the natural surrounding is pleasing to the eyes.

Room is spacious and the view is excellent! The environment is fantastic and quiet. The staff are professional, nice & helpful. Breakfast is good. The only negative comment I can give is that the hotel is a bit old & the sofa inside the room is not clean from its appearance!

Nice view and very comfortable bedroom. The restaurant view is excellent. However, no hot spring at the hotel I stayed is not good. It requires to take hotel shuttle to another area for hot spring is inconvenient.

I booked an Executive Room. It is spacious with excellent view. Perfect for golfers who drive. The complementary 9 hole golf game is a bonus.. However, if you do not bring along with your golf clubs, you will find the club rental rather expensive (3500 yen for 9 hole). Any way, I enjoyed the stay much and will consider revisiting the hotel when I come to Karuizawa again.

Exceptional service!
Amazing! I had to board the 1130 Shinkansen on the day I checked out But I realized that I left my ticket in my room! The hotel staff were able to retrieve it for me so that I could hop onto the train in time! Thank you very much everyone!

Beautiful hotel
We stayed for 2 days, very clean room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is the best, with pretty view of water and golf place, food is great! We will come back again.
