We purchased Kata Beach Luxury Condo in 2022, as both our second home and as a private haven for guests to ‘lose themselves’. Our apartment provides a superb view of Kata Beach and beyond (not marred by rooftops), which we’ve stylishly refurbished to make you feel more at home. These upgrades include a luxurious full leather chaise sofa plus an additional separate chaise, 4 indoor dining chairs plus a 4 seater outdoor setting offering a gorgeous view of Kata Beach and the Andaman Sea, not marred by rooftops. A large sliding glass door opens onto a beautiful white patio with a bougainvillea garden bed, where you’ll also enjoy sunsets over Kata Beach. It’s comprehensively equipped with all you could want. There’s a 65” Samsung 4K QLED TV with Bluetooth connected floor-standing speakers in the living room and a Samsung 43” 4K QLED TV with Samsung Sound Bar in the bedroom featuring Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + all other apps. We have fully ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, 3 new remote-control ceiling fans, hi-speed WiFi, a beautiful infinity-edge pool and a gym surrounded by tropical gardens.
A trio of Ken Duncan’s finest works (Australia’s most acclaimed landscape photographer) have been brilliantly captured by a Thai artist we recently commissioned - he also painted the captivating Frida Kahlo self-portrait in the bedroom. Ken’s extended collection can be enjoyed via a coffee table book we’ve provided.
We have a fully-equipped kitchen with large Samsung fridge and microwave, Franke combination gas/induction cooktop, Philips air fryer, rice cooker and blender, Nespresso machine and Aeroccino frother, wine and champagne glasses, whisky tumblers, pots and pans plus full cutlery and crockery set - more than you could ever want. A magnificent oak sideboard contains platters, salad bowls and other dinner accessories together with playing cards, monopoly and other games. A private chef and extra cleaning can also be arranged at additional cost.
There’s also a stylish bathroom featuring a large "rain shower", separate vanity and WC. We’ve also just installed an LG front-loading washing machine as well as a 4.2m electric awning spanning the whole balcony; whilst still allowing sublime views.

The Accenta has front desk reception complimented by 24 hr security. This beautiful apartment is located on one the most sought after parts of Phuket - an isolated and quiet peninsula separating Kata Beach from Karon Beach and just a 5 minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, ATM’s, convenience stores, boutiques and beauty/massage spas.
NB: Nearby hotels (Novotel; OZO) charge in excess of 8000 THB per night for half the space with no beach view.

Extra fees will apply for electricity (charged at cost; independently invoiced by on-site Management) and additional linen/towels change will incur an extra fee of 800 baht; we recommend that you change the linen/towels at least every 7 days. All bookings 2 weeks or more will receive a complimentary weekly linen/towel change and clean. Notwithstanding, a full apartment clean and linen change is 1500 baht. All damage/theft committed by the tenant (both inside the apartment and external common area) must be paid for by the respective tenant. Each booking request acknowledges your agreement to this requirement.
