Für ältere Personen schwer erreichbar (sehr steile Zufahrt sehr steil Parkplatz Glücksache,Wohn-/Schlafraum nur mit extra Heizlüfter heizbar, Warmwasser im Bad war Glücksache, sämtliche Fenster nur schwer vollständig schließbar, Kleiderschränke im Wohnzimmer nicht benutzbar! Fazit: unzureichend, nicht weiter zu empfehlen !!!

Schlimmste Erfahrung - Finger weg von FeWo
Erstmals, eine Woche vorher gebucht, Geld is abgebucht vom Konto. Hab keine Info bekommen, email via die portal geschickt zu fragen was zu beachten ist beim Check-in und das ich leider wegen Dienstreise später da sein wird. Stehe vor der Tür zum check-in, 7 Uhr abends. Keine da und keine antwortet das Telefon. Ca 35 Minuten später ruft die Vermieterin an: „Sie hatte keine Nachrichten bekommen und sowieso, die ist im Urlaub auf Mallorca. Vielleicht bist 22:00 erreicht sie ein Nachbar was putzen könnte.“ Hab gesagt das geht nicht und mich erstmals an die support gewendet am 3ten Juni. Neue Unterkunft gebucht via ein andere Website. „Die Buchung wird von Fachteam storniert da ich nicht schuld bin.“ Ok. Heute ist der 19te Juni, ich hab bist jetzt mindestens 2 mal die Woche angerufen bei FeWo Support, ich soll „noch ein paar Tagen warten“ und das „fachteam meldet sich sofort“. Noch keine Geld, keine Rückruf oder email. Finger weg von diese Anbieter und Portal!

Entsprach nicht so ganz unseren Vorstellungen
Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr einfach, uns fehlte die Küche um uns wirklich wohlzufühlen. Warmes Wasser hatten wir nur in der Dusche, zum Abwaschen Wasser im Kocher erwärmt. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön aber für uns nicht geeignet weil etwas eingeschränkt im Laufen. Sehr viele Treppen zur Ferienwohnung bzw eine steile Straße hoch. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der steilen Straße. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut an die Straßenbahn(5 Minuten hin, 10 zurück s.o.)

Ersatzwohnung
Ich war in einer großen Ersatzwohnung, die Ganna mir angeboten hatte, weil das eigentliche Appartement, das ich gebucht hatte, noch vermietet war. Da es eine sehr kurzfristige Lösung war, war natürlich noch nicht alles fertig eingerichtet, aber ich habe mich trotzdem wohlgefühlt.

Aufenthalt wg Umzug meiner Tochter
Die eigentlich angemietete Ferienwohnung war von den Vormietern nicht frei gemacht. Wir haben uns mit der Vermieterin sehr unkompliziert auf eine alternative einigen können. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles in Ordnung gewesen.
