The hotel is a little outdated and needs a minor renovation to meet the modernization standard. Still, for me, the staff, room, food, and cleanliness are more important than the hotel decoration. Over all this was a bad time to go during non stop rain shower and flood warnings, property is decent size but no where close to bhurban, roof was leaking non stop because of heavy rains, food was really good specially chanoni or chandni whatever is the name located at 10th floor. Over all it was a nice experience just at a bad time.

The hotel is nice and clean but the room didn't have any drinking water when we arrived. Later we realized it also didn't have towels...when we called it took 45 minutes and multiple calls for them to bring towels. I've stayed here before and in general the staff is nice individually but have felt communication between departments and the systems don't always work well causing hassles along the way.
