The holiday home is located in a quiet and sunny spot, a few kilometres above the city centre. This apartment extends over the entire first floor and, thanks to its own entrance via the stairwell, you enjoy complete privacy. The modern kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare culinary delights and on the sunny balcony you can enjoy the wonderful winter sun. This is where the best memories are created!
The ski bus stops practically in front of the door and takes you to the valley station of the Kappler cable cars, or to the famous ski area of Ischgl - Samnaun in a few minutes. Surrounded by the Alpine peaks, Kappl offers a view that impresses every time. The air is pure and the scent of pine embraces you, making you feel like you're in an alpine dream.

What makes Kappl so unique is its authentic atmosphere. Stroll through the cobbled streets, sample local specialities in the cosy restaurants and listen to the stories of locals proud of their heritage. For the adventurous soul, Kappl is a playground. Hiking trails lead you through enchanted forests and along babbling brooks, and the perfectly groomed ski slopes are a dream for any winter sports fanatic.

The 2024/25 winter sports season in Kappl ends on 30 March 2025 due to the new construction of the Diasbahn. However, guests can divert to the ski resorts of See and Ischgl, which are easily accessible by ski bus
